I have two family members at Morningside of Raleigh and am very happy with the quality of care, quality of the staff and the beautifully updated community spaces. The Executive Director is the best in the area as she is intelligent, able to communicate effectively and works for the families. Additionally, the chef introduced himself to my father which made him feel very good, not to mention he's enjoying the food very much! These small details are what set Morningside of Raleigh apart from other ALFs in the area. Bravo!

I just moved my 91-yr old mom into Morningside. Previously she was in an independent living facility with some in-home health care. That didnt cut it as my moms condition deteriorated. I shopped for a nearby assisted living place for her and Morningside fit the bill. They have several levels of care, doctors who visit, hair salon, special programs for memory-affected patients and more. But whats impressed me most is the friendliness of the staff and their degree of organization. Everyone from the guy bringing saucers into the dining room to the laundry lady have all been super nice, and stopped what they were doing to answer questions and be helpful. And most amazing to me, when the med tech on one shift asked me to bring in a prescription, when I arrived later the med tech on the next shift knew who I was and was expecting me! These folks really seem to take their patients care seriously. Lastly the woman in charge of sales, Eizabeth Stuart, was extremely patient and helpful in completing the many forms and helping me navigate the various care options. She was also instrumental in organizing the actual move-in process. So give this place 5 stars.
