The facility is nice, the front desk very professional and friendly. My only comment that could be improved is…The staff working in the dependent living area could use some training to work with visually impaired client. It will make the life of the patient and the staff easier if they knew more what to do with visually impaired people.

I frequently visit a relative who lives at Magnolia Glen. It's better than most such places, but still poorly managed. High staff turnover suggests low pay; constant problems in the dining room; low quality food with very few healthy options; frequent power outages; overflowing recycling bins, new decor in public areas but doesn't match hallway light fixtures, hallway signage crooked or not affixed to the walls. Overall, just poor attention to details.

They need to spend more time, energy ,and yes finances on their residents. what you see on a personal tour is not what you get. Residents are second class to Corporate.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a delicious meal in the dining room at Magnolia Glen. Our food was fresh and a lovely presentation. The service was great and attentive to all of our needs. I would feel comfortable recommending Magnolia Glen to my family and friends.

If you want the best and nothing less -- choose Magnolia Glen. My husband and I started our search for a senior community about 18 months ago. Magnolia Glen was our 1st community that we visited. After visiting multiple communities nothing compared to Magnolia. We have been here 5 months now and absolutely love it. The caring staff stands out first in our mind. It is obvious each and every day that they put the residents above all else. The food is excellent and always have multiple options. Maintenance is quick and efficient to respond. We are proud to say Magnolia is our home.

My Mom has lived at Magnolia Glen for 13 years. She loves it there! This past May, Mom relocated to a smaller apartment and the support of the staff for us during that move was amazing. At 95, Mom is still very active and Magnolia Glen offers much to do. We are so grateful to have found such a nice place so my Mom can continue to be very independent and happy!

We called Magnolia Glen independent living when we realized that our mother could no longer live in her home. My sister and I live far away and we needed to move fast. Jaime, Erika and the entire Magnolia Glen team went above and beyond the call of duty to make this transition simple and dignified. And all this in the context of Covid. With weekly testing and mandatory mask-wearing, they are taking the necessary precautions to protect their residents.They rented furniture, helped her to move in, took time to explain the rental contact to our mother and made her feel so welcome. The facility is beautiful (Frank Lloyd Wright inspired) with a wonderful pool, common area, restaurant and her apartment was completely redone. They have numerous in-house services to give Mom the extra support she needs including meal delivery to her apartment, daily check-ins and emergency response. They also offer social and physical activities for those who wish to participate.They treat her like a valued new of this community and we can all breath a sigh of relief knowing she is safe and well taken care of. I would recommend Magnolia Glen with no reservations.

If I could give Magnolia Glen more stars I would. I moved my mom here in May from Charlotte after she suffered a stroke and I cannot say enough positive things about this community. The assisted living is phenomenal. The RN and LPN on staff are amazing. The CNAs are also Med-techs. They are knowledgeable , beyond caring and immediately help with anything you or your loved one needs. The food is awesome as well as the staff and administration. Moving my mom to Magnolia Glen has been a godsend and huge blessing!
