My mother is a resident and she receives the most compassionate care. Everyone is so helpful and keeps me updated with any changes in my mother. I can confidently say this place is ALWAYS clean and I never have to worry that my mother is taken care of. Although it wasn’t the plan we had for my mom in the beginning, If I had to choose a facility, I would choose Rose Glen Manor again.

The Rose Glen Staff are absolutely amazing. They are kind, gentle, friendly and caring with my mother. The facility is incredibly clean and well decorated for each season. They have many activities to keep the residences busy. If you need assisted living assistance I would highly recommend Rose Glen Manor!

My mother-in-law is in the memory care unit at Rose Glen. My husband and I can't say enough great things about the staff and the care she receives. It was hard making the decision to put her in assisted living, but ultimately we knew it would be best for her and us. As soon as we visited Rose Glen, we had so much peace about our decision and we've never looked back. Three years later, we are just as pleased today as we were on the day we moved her in. We are grateful for the staff and all they do to care for my mother-in-law. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff are kind, loving, and compassionate. We are so thankful for Rose Glen!

I moved my Mom to the Rose Glen Memory Care a few months ago after a longer stay at a place in Raleigh, which was horrible. The care at Rose Glen is GREAT, the price is reasonable and it's over the top clean! I can't begin to explain how happy I am that I found such a wonderful home, for the time my Mom has left. I drive over 2 hours to visit her, but it's so worth it! We feel the love that the wonderful staff has for each and every resident! This is probably the best place in NC!!

My grandmother has been in the memory care unit of Rose Glen Manor for quite some time now. It’s best around!!! It’s starts with the administrator Penny, and Nilda the manager over the memory care along with all the staff are top notch!!! All staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean and free of smells! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

My mom was only there a week before the unfortunate happened, but the whole staff was awesome!! Penny made the transition so easy, and all the staff was friendly and caring. Some of them still stay in touch just to check on me!! Not many places like this!! Definitely a 5 star facility!

Great place for your loved ones they're very well taken care of and protected. Staff are monitoring 24/7 and are always looking after the residents needs. Cleanliness is a priority. Has a very comfortable and welcoming environment feels like home! Staff are very nice and professional you can approach anyone and your questions will be answered. My mother has been a resident of Rose Glen Manor for almost 10 months. My family and I have visited several assisted living homes and are proud to say that Rose Glen Manor stands above and beyond others. Penny, the Director, was and has been very helpful during this transition for my mother and our family. We appreciate the fact that she gets involved with the residents and activities. She is a presence at RGM that makes a difference. Angela, the Resident Care Coordinator, is an angel. She loves the residents and that love is evident in her care for them. The care staff (med techs, CNA’s, physical therapists, PA, etc.) is wonderful! Our mother has received excellent care at RGM and we know that she is safe, clean, fed, given her necessary meds and well taken care of. The kitchen staff is friendly and the meals are nutritious. The office staff and maintenance staff are professional and respectful of the residents, families and their needs. The facility is maintained very well and is always clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. The residents’ clothes are laundered on a daily basis which is a benefit that we gratefully appreciate. Our mother is constantly telling the staff how much she loves them and that means a lot. When people ask about our mother and how she is doing, we boast about RGM and how happy she is and we are with our decision.

My grandmother has been living at Rose Glen Manor for the past year and a half. Her care there is the next best thing to home! I love the fact that it’s a smaller facility and we’ve been able to get to know the staff and some residents. It’s also small enough that they know my nanny well, and can pick up early when something is going on with her. All of the aides have been so caring, especially Stephanie, who introduced herself on Nanny’s first day there. Angela, the Resident Care Coordinator, has been so good to keep us updated on how things are going with Nanny. She knows each resident well, treats them like family, and has so much wisdom. Penny has been wonderful to work with as an administrator, and Victoria is a great Activities Director! Nanny recently turned 100 and they helped us throw a party for her! You can tell every employee at Rose Glen loves working with older people - they are kind and patient in every interaction! As a nurse, I’m so impressed with and so thankful for the care they provide every day, and I give it my highest recommendation.

Rose Glen Manor located in North Wilkesboro is an amazing assisted living home! The staff go above and beyond and truly care about both the residents (their family) and the families of the residents! Penny in Admin, Angie Caldwell, Meagan, Rebecca and SO many others have made this stage of caring for my parents so much easier due to their loving hearts and professionalism!

With my job, I visit many communities throughout NC and Rose Glen Manor exceeds all expectations of what a community should be. The building is always immaculate, the staff is exceptional, the decor is breathtaking and I always see their residents smiling! They treat them like family and love them the same. If I needed placement for a loved one, I would feel incredibly confident in my choice of this community. It feels like home the moment you walk in!

My mother has been on Rose Glen Manor for almost 4 years. After a time of failing health and dementia mom requires a level of care we could no longer provide. Mom still has more good days than bad but when she is sick or in pain her dementia and anxiety increases to the point that the care she requires goes above and beyond the care provided by typical caregivers. The staff at Rose Glen are anything but typical!!! I cannot say enough about the staff. They are patient, loving and caring. The facility is clean. They have great activities. We are so blessed to this faculty in our community.

I’ve been in the facility some recently visiting and I can say this is a wonderful facility to put your loved one in if you can no longer care for the them. The entire staff in every department goes above and beyond for each resident. The facility is always clean and doesn’t smell, and they have great food and activities. Rose Glenn is the best facility world round. The administrator and managers work hard to make sure the residents are taken care of. They make sure that the employee's have all they need to do their job as well. It is clean from top to bottom and love is shown all the way around. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I had a stroke at the very end of the year. I was very well take care emotionally and physically until I came back to Rose Glen Manor. I am basically recovered now because of how well I was taken care of at Rose Glen. This is my home and part of my family. I hope you are as blessed as I have been.

I can honestly say this is a wonderful place! My precious mother moved there this year. She had a previous bad experience at another place. This facility has the very best of management! Good people who's heart is in this,it is not just a job. My mother is so much happier and is much better cared for. She has made friends and is never lonely. It is very clean and a lovely building. But make no mistake it is the people who work there that make it such a great place. Nothing takes the place of caring for your loved one yourself at home. But when the time comes and that is no longer an option...this is the best you will find!
