Beautiful place. Lots of activities. Food is not good at all. Food is cold and undercooked. Undercooked food can be extremely dangerous for this age group. They don't do a thing about it.

My mother has been a resident at Terra Bella Lake Norman for almost two years. I am beyond impressed with everyone at this facility. The staff has gone above and beyond several times to help my mother and my family. She now lives in memory care and I am so impressed with the communication. Almost daily updates are provided. I would highly recommend Terra Bella for anyone needing peace of mind knowing your loved ones are being taken care of!

My mom was a resident at Terra Bella for 6 years. I highly recommend this facility! The staff is wonderful and very caring. My mom was originally in the independent area and eventually had to move to Life Guidance. I am very thankful for the care they provided!

My name is Rhiannon and I am currently employed with TerraBella Lake Norman. I can't say that Ive never been happier. I love all the people I work with and we all work together as a team. The management listen to your concerns and if it's something they can't fix, they point you in the right direction. The food is delicious, the building is always clean and we'll kept up The residents are a cut above the rest. They have easily become my family. As a Med Tech, the residents and the their families make my job so much easier. I can't praise about them enough. I'm happy I finally listened to an old coworker and came to TerraBella. I've found my happy place.

A unique senior living community, a gem in Mooresville that includes independent and assisted living, as well as memory care on the same campus. The community offers spacious homes, lovely courtyards, an active social calendar for its residents and a great location near Lake Norman. Without hesitation, I recommend TerraBella to my client-families, while knowing Stuart always has their best interest at heart.

Good caring people who work here, who want to see the best for the residents. Spacious building and apartments -Private door to outdoor space from apartment is very nice option. With many care level options at TerraBella; you dont need to move somewhere else if you have a need for Assisted Living or Memory Care. Great location for some shopping at Target and easy location for family to come visit.

TerraBella is a beautiful community. I have worked with TerraBella on a professional and personal level for many years and I have always said that this will one day be the home for my parents. I have worked with this Senior Living Community many times over the years. My contact has mainly been with Stuart and Katie in the admissions area along with some of the residents. They maintain a well organized and beautiful facility that caters to the residents and the residents interests. If you are looking for a Care Senior Living Community, this would be one to consider.

Ive had personal experiences along with clinical relations with this community for many years. Theyve provided excellent customer service along with caring staff members for their residents and families served. The facility is Absolutely Beautiful and well maintained with lots of Love!! This is an Excellent place to call home if youre thinking about moving to the Mooresville area!

My mother has been at this facility for almost one year. Pre Covid there were a lot of activities going on. Since Covid, they have understandably scaled back. The activity staff has been creative. Bingo via conference call-in, ice cream sundae via cart stops at every room, delivered cocktail hour, distance dance classes, daily joke sheets, assistance with family video and conference calls, and continuous visits from aides. They even conduct exercises from the hallway, with each resident in their doorway. Meals during lockdown were limited, as we all know how food supplies were scarse. Now the residents are able to move about the building, inside and out. Distance eating in the dining hall is offered, orderly, by hallway per week. That gives everyone an opportunity to enjoy eating with their friends again, if they choose. Atria staff was able to keep their facility, staff, and residents 100% Covid free. Look around at other facilitates, and their Covid records, THEN come here. They are Covid cautious in every way. In my book, my moms health, happiness and safety are more important than anything else. Yes, they have rules, and they are very good at keeping an orderly house. The aides and staff have all been very helpful, accommodating and friendly. All are great - from the receptionists (faxing), kitchen staff(carrot cake!), doting aides who keep mom laughing, eager to help maintainance men, and the friendly, hard working office staff. Thank you, all of Atria, for everything youve done and continue to do for us!

They cant get the kitchen right. Food shortages, poor quality meats, limited menu selections, and slow food service are everyday occurrences. The staff is kind, the facility is clean and well kept, but the food situation is deplorable. Brookdale is a giant and very profitable corporation. Why then, cant they serve good food to people whose mealtime may be the highlight of their day?

I was an intern at Emeritus at Churchill. Coming from a background in Home Health Care, this was my first experience in an Assisted Living Facility. When I arrived I was truly surprised! They have such a wide array of activities that there is literally something for everyone. Physical activity is encouraged with physical and occupational therapy offered right on site for those who need help in this area. The dietary staff is extremely accommodating, serving delicious meals (that I enjoyed on many occasions!) and offering meal options for all residents needs. It was a pleasure to be there each and every day with a staff that truly cared about the residents and made resident care and quality of life a priority. Anyone looking into Assisted Living for themselves or a loved one should come and take a tour. However they should not be surprised if any where they go after Emeritus at Churchill seems lacking!

Emeritus at Churchill provides top notch professional care to the seniors of the Lake Norman area. Their beautiful, bright facility is always full of life! The staff care for their residents as if they were their own family. Transitioning to an assisted living can be difficult on the resident and the family. The staff of Emeritus at Churchill do a wonderful job of assisting families with this transition and helping residents feel at home.
