I want to thank the entire team here for the care my loved one received. If ever need be I would use them again. The new staff and owner really are moving this place is a good direction. Ashley in Admissions helped us from day one answering our questions or redirecting us to the appropriate source. The new administrator made sure that our voices were heard.

I started at this job in March and the new owner Manny is such a good reflection of what true leadership looks like he has been in the building making plans to improve , he goes to the floor, and he shows all of the workers and residents smiles and waves he and will do whatever it takes to please the residents. He shows everyone great quality and I would recommend him to be in any building. We are a team NOW !! it takes a great leader to show a Group to stick together. WE HAVE THE BEST Nurses!! I CAN NOT EXPLAIN HOW HARD OUR UNIT MANAGER HAVE WORKED.!! THIS TEAM HAS GREW TREMENDOUSLY !! and works diligently. This building has come a long way in a short time. SO, Thank you team. I am currently an employee for ACCORDIUS Mooresville This is a beautiful community since we have started renovating. Well kept up one of the most beautiful long-term communities I have ever worked for. The staff are all nice work together to provide the best quality of care for everyone's loved ones. We are a team that sticks together that's what makes this community strong . We strive to make this a home not a workplace and will continue to be for the residents, because we love our job's and that makes a difference.

I met with Ashley the Admissions Director, to discuss some concerns that I had with my relative who's a new resident. She was really helpful and caring, she really listened to our concerns and helped us understand the process. I think this will be a good change for us and our family.

My grandfather was a patient here and he received GREAT care! I loved Ashley the admissions director.. she knew her stuff and informed me of everything that my grandfather's stay would entail. The facility was nice and the staff was awesome!

I had my mother as a patient there and she was pleased with her stay. The administration took the time to introduce themselves and let us know what the stay entailed. No one wants to be in any hospital, but we got our needs met. If something was not to our liking, it was handled immediately. Would recommend to a patient.

Do NOT Send anyone you love here!! I am giving two stars one because my Mom came out alive and the second only because they take Covid Positive patients! Which may not be a good thing if you are not Covid positive!!! The communication is horrible ...no one will ever return phone calls and you have to call Monday-Friday before 5 to even talk to a receptionist! The place is out dated and poorly cleaned! My Mother was discharged early (Thank God) and came home dehydrated! This is not a very good rehabilitation center! If you are looking for something like that Stay Away!!! The nurses were rude and did not answer the call bells ringing in over 45 minutes! I came in the facility and nobody even noticed that I was in My Mother's room for over an hour after I had waited on the call 45 minutes call bell to be answered! Doctor is only there one day a week!!! I do not recommend this facility!!!

Lynne from admissions and administration was absolutely amazing. Both my father in law and brother in law were in the hospital and we were having trouble finding a place for both of them to go and not be separated. I reached out to Lynne mid morning on a Wed and she worked all day and night trying to make it happen for them. I was still getting emails from her at midnight. She worked miracles and we are so thankful for all her hard work. She went above and beyond and just can't express enough how grateful we are. My father in-law was transferred in the next day and brother in law on Friday. Thank you for making this difficult situation they were in less stressful and turning it into a positive experience and giving them hope for a better life.

Mom is so HAPPY at ACCORDIUS! Lynn coordinated our moms move to this facility. She made the move smooth, and inviting. Every step of the way she kept us and mom informed. Her help was invaluable. THANK YOU LYNN. Even now after the move, Lynn checks- in on our mom, she cares about the residence at ACCORDIUS. . The Social workers Brandi is great! She has the patience and kindness of an angel as she attends to our mothers daily needs. The staff is so friendly and genuinely cares for the residents. When you walk into Accordius you are greeted with warmth and a smile. My sister and I are very blessed to have found Accordius, we have not seen our mom this happy in a long time.

Don't try to get any information from the Business Office if you get a large bill (due immediately) without any itemized data & if you finally get through to talk to someone because looks like supplemental insurance was not filed, all you get is "I'll call you back". Of course this never happens. Just a way to get rid of you.

I have been in quite a few nursing homes in my life and since I was a child I told my parents that I would not put them in a nursing home, that I would take care of them when they get old. I can honestly say that this is the first (and only) nursing home I have ever set foot in that I would actually consider putting a loved one in. The staff take care of the residents as if they were family. The facility is clean, and the nurses are friendly and knowledgeable. The residents seem happy and many of them regularly participate in activities. The physical therapy department is also excellent for those in need of rehab.
