My Mom has lived at Cadence in Mint Hill for almost one year. The staff has made Mom feel very welcome, cared for and loved since she has moved there. They offer many fun activities that Mom enjoys participating in and they work very hard at keeping the residents engaged on a daily basis. Mom has made many friends there and enjoys their company as well as the employees who work there. She tells me how good the food is and the chefs there strive to offer a nice variety of meals. Our Mom and family are very content with Cadence.

Cadence at Mint Hill is fairly new. It's very clean and up-to-date. The staff go above and beyond to strive for the best quality of life for our loved one. It's a smaller facility, so my mother will never be a number or get lost in a crowd. Cadence is a blessing for our family.

I work in the Senior community, so I am in and out of the communities all day. Cadence of minthill is in a class of its own! It has that home feel. Even the staff was amazing. I could tell they truly enjoyed the job. The where cracking jokes with the residents and making them laugh. I did not want to leave. I wanted to stay and talk with the residents more. If you are looking for a place for mom or dad... I would definitely take a look into cadence minthill! Keep up the good work!!!!

I cannot say enough about how happy we’ve been since my mom moved into memory care at Cadence at Mint Hill. The care and attention she receives comes from every person on the staff regardless of their position. It is no exaggeration when I say that she is never in her room during the day. According to her “We are busy here, we have things to do!” There are activities scheduled throughout the entire day, and I think my mom attends every one she can! I never dreamed she would participate like she does. The staff made sure she got with the program from day one, and I know that was key to her falling right into her place there. She is one of the residents in memory care that is earlier in her disease, so she is still very able to understand and know what’s going on around her. Every thing she says is positive and consistently praises the staff. After several years of living unhappily in front of her tv, she is a different person, a happy person who is actually thriving! The staff in the memory care area are phenomenal, and there’s no question that they want to be there. Not having to worry 24/7 and know that she is cared for and happy= everything we hoped for.

A beautiful community in the heart of the quaint Mint Hill, Matthews area. Incredible team & the most charming residents. Engaging activities, delicious home cooked meals & friends that feel like family. Very clean, safe & incredible COVID precautions. I had the honor of being the Director of Resident Care, Services for a year, and only left to help with covid relief. In my year, I had the best team, the best Residents and the best Families.
