My 91 yr old mother lives here. She has a very nice 1 bedroom apartment with a large balcony that over looks the woods. I am happy they allow dogs, as mine is a frequent visitor. I also have the privilege of leading char exercise weekly on a volunteer basis. I have come to know many of the residents and they are like family. The facility is quite lovely and bright, dining room food is good, and along with regular weekly activities, they also have special monthly events.

Willow Grove has been a true blessing as we relocated our loved one from Michigan to North Carolina. The staff has been amazing from the chef to the activity director, office managers & beautician. They welcomed my uncle and made the transition good for him & our family. The residents look out for one another and welcome new neighbors. Willow Grove can also provide resources if your loved one needs OT, PT or caregiver assistance.I highly recommend Willow Grove if you're looking for Senior Independent living.

Living and being at Willow Grove is the best. Staff is super nice and friendly. Fresh and hot meals breakfast lunch and dinner. The house keepers do an amazing job. There's always fun activities. We even have transportation to take us to appointments stores and other places.

I have a family member that attends the facility. (Marcus) the food is amazing, the staff is amazing and friendly. I love the care coordinator chantavia lockhart, cece i believe her name is, the chef Robert and down to all the other residents and staff. I see the hard work they put in the olace and make my family member feel at home. I would def give 100 stars if i can.

I moved mom from an old garden apt. to Willow Grove and she loves it. Eunice and Hannah are a great team. Eunice does more than meet and greet. She actually goes above and beyond her duties and my mom relies on her. Hannah has guided me and my mom towards the new living situation I also give props to Nikki in the office. My mother has been a resident at Willow Grove for 2 years. In that time Nikki has been a consistent force in showing concern and compassion for the residents. She has cultivated a warm, resident-centered environment and worked to improve stability in the staff. Eunice and Kathy have added to that welcoming and caring atmosphere. They have responded to our concerns quickly and openly. This is the fourth senior living facility my mom has lived in and it is the best fit for her by far.

My loved one moved into Holiday Willow Grove recently and I couldn’t be happier with how much happier he has been. My loved one had been living alone after his wife passed and really wasn’t open to the idea at first. He was always sad when I went over to help with a few house chores. He’s been at Willow Grove for about 4 months now and when I go see him he’s practically too busy with his new friends to entertain me. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Holiday Willow Grove for giving my loved one purpose and joy back in his life.

I visited the location for my mother in law. The location looks a lot like an apartment community, which it is, but some look very blah. The inside is well decorated and clean. The apartment we chose was perfect for my mother in law!

Willow grove is an amazing place. Friendly staff and amazing residents I must say. Nicole lavine...what an amazing sweetheart. She's very knowledgeable professional courteous kind and always front and center helping to fix or resolve matters at hand. I was to retire today based on the performance care and treatment of the residents by the staff I've seen.. I'd definitely call this place home. Andrea gave us a tour of Willow Grove today and we were quite impressed. Smaller than some, this independent living residence offers a nice mix of amenities, warmth and charming setting in the woods near Mint Hill. Andrea asked insightful questions with humor and grace, reminding us that this decision is more than choosing a place to live. It's about enabling Mom to live her best life.

Willow Grove Retirement Living is an answer to prayer! We toured this community which has a very pleasant and professional staff. The apartment for my father is perfect and he can enjoy meals in the nicely decorated dining hall. The retirement community is very pleasing to the eye. With 3 meals provided, no maintenance, activities to help make new friends...this will certainly be an enjoyable experiece for Dad. The ability to visit Dad in his apartment was important to us and Dad. Looking forward to this new experience for my father!

Solid passive aggressive management locally, and corporate backs them up. Expect policy changes without notice disrupting daily routines of loved ones. Good heat and air, acceptable food, cable, but common areas could be cleaner. Needs more parking and someone, anyone on watch at night when residents are left alone.
