Willow grove is an amazing place. Friendly staff and amazing residents I must say. Nicole lavine...what an amazing sweetheart. She's very knowledgeable professional courteous kind and always front and center helping to fix or resolve matters at hand. I was to retire today based on the performance care and treatment of the residents by the staff I've seen.. I'd definitely call this place home. Thank you to the whole staff I've met(Nicole Andrea Monique) thank you all!!

Nice community for senior citizens. Clean common areas and grounds. Apartments just the right size. Staff is friendly. Could use a little more lighting in parking areas and at the entrance.

My Mother has been living@ Willow Grove Retirement for over 3years. Willow Grove is a Loving Awesome Retirement home and we made a very Good choice to move my Mother their.Due to her aging we were afraid we would have to put her in a Assistant Living but we was informed of a Caretaker who was very Dependable and Caring and Reliable . Since Ms.A.Andrews has been caring for my Mother she has actually got better and Love the Care this young lady provides for her and Me and my Family is very Pleased with her service. The only problem we ever had was with a caretaker whom was very aggressive and rude to my Mother and i overheard the caretaker speakly very rude to My Mother and i informed Ms Andrews of this matter and she handled the situation immediately.I informed Ms Andrews if that caretaker was ever back in Willow Grove Caring for another resident i will move my Mother immediately due to her safety. The caretaker never knew i was in my Mother apt on 12-17-2017 and i would recommend Someone who Cares to anyone who needs Care for their Love ones their at Willow Grove.They are on site all day and night. I was very Happy that we had no concerns over the Snow storm due to Ms Andrews called me to assure me that my Mother was doing well and she will be at Willow Grove until the snow melts to make sure other caregivers are able to make it to work safely and even the Staff at Willow Grove stayed as well over night Ms Amgeline informed me of and i was able to rest knowing that they care. Please if you looking for a place for your Love ones Willow Grove Retirement is a Awesome place and the Staff is very AWESOME. And without Ms Angeline caring for my Mother she wouldnt be able to stay in her home and Everyone is Very Blessed to have a Caring LOVING Caregiver like Ms Angeline Someone Who Cares their around the clock that let us know my Mother is ok and Cared for.

This Facility is wonderful. Ive had my aunt in this retirement home for over 2 years. Very friendly , very moderate decorated. The staff was very honest, trustworthy and made me feel like I was apart of the willow grove family myself. I feel that my aunt is in Great hands. Someone who Cares owner and staff. Ms.Angeline is also a angel, very sweet and genuine to all the tenants there. Very clean, good size apartments I would definitely recommend this home to any of my friends and family. Love it.
