My Dad's health went down hill pretty quickly and I was not able to take care of all his needs at home. The case worker at the hospital gave us several options. We chose Gateway and they treated my dad and our family very well. I visited him every day and at different times during the day. The staff were always welcoming and my dad seemed to be happy. Of course, I asked him daily if they were good to him and was he being taken care of. He always had a positive attitude and he was happy to have an "old friend" as his roommate. Thank you to the staff that took care of him. I truly appreciate all of you.

Worst nursing staff. Nurse is always late no CNA on hall half time. Worst food. Dr is s quack he does not take time to talk with a resident. Even one in their right mind.

The Classy Ebony Belles have been meeting at the Center since 2013. Good evening my name is Rickey And My mother Katie had to come to Gateway for rehabilitation and when I tell you that it was the best service and care, The staff was very attentive to her needs on all shifts . The surprising thing is that it met above my expectations and standards. I have had bad experiences before in the nursing home industry, but this experience was great the staff and admissions took their time to explain the whole process and they lived up to what they said they would do . My mother is now walking and taking care of her self ,Thank you Gateway staff and rehab crew you guys are awesome.

My brother came to this facility after an amputation. He received great care from the nursing staff and everyone was kind and made sure He was taken care of. He still visits other residents he has befriended while there. He says he would come back should he ever need rehabilitation again.

My mother has frequent falls and this is her 5th nursing facility she has stayed in over 3 different states. She has received excellent care and they are well staffed. She was asked today if she wanted to go to a grievance meeting. She said no, she has no complaints with her care and she likes the food. My mom is a retired nurse so she knows what to expect. She told me Gateway is her favorite of the 5 she has been to.

My husband has been in several rehabilitation center. He has received excellent care at this facility. They keep the family involved in the care plan and have a great D.ON.. Much better than some of the other facilities. Thank you for your great care.

My father's best friend was sent here for rehab after a fall. We found out during his stay that he also had stage 4 Cancer. The team at Gateway was AMAZING with him. When he went in, I doubted that we would see him come out alive...but he came out alive, vibrant and ready to fight this head on! He was barely mobile when he arrived there, and left running circles around my father, who is 13 years his junior! I HIGHLY recommend this facility...and this is coming from a skeptical CNA who had heard nothing but bad about the facility...ALL of which was debunked during his stay there!
