To be honest I gave you a 1 star because I thought it was worth that much. I found the care for my mother very lacking. She fell a couple times there because there isn't adequate staffing. They take the money that the state gives to the patients and keep it for themselves. After my mother was admitted there, she had Roches and when she moved, she had mice. There was a container placed in her room to catch the mice with. She told me and I see that it was full. About 13 dead mice. I also found more mice in her belongings when I moved her. I also would like to state that after she was living there that the administrator quit, 3 days after I gave her a check for my mother to live there, and now no one knows where that money is. I also give money monthly for my mother to have if she wants to buy something. That money is now missing too. I find it interesting that all this money comes up missing after employees of yours quit. As the accountant quit and again my mother's money is missing again. Now you have someone else in there and it's been a month and I still cannot get her to return the money that belongs to my mother. I am going to give this place till the 31 of May to send what belongs to my mother or I will get up with WRAL and have them come with me to get a REAL LIVE STORY about the way your aids treat the people in wheelchairs. Left to feed themselves when they cannot. put to bed at 6pm so that the aids do not have to deal with them. Oh, let's talk about the help with baths or showers or cleaning themselves. NO ONE HELPS. The people that are working there now all need to be fired. I looked online to see how many openings there were, and it says 37. If there are 37 job openings for 1 facility who is there to care for the people that are still there? NO ONE
