These comments apply to Memory Care only, as I have no basis to review the Assisted Living area. My mother-in-law was admitted to the Memory Care unit a year ago. The experience was NOT POSITIVE for the entire duration of her stay. The first 4 nights were in a room with a VERY hostile roommate, due to the inadequate planning by the Unit Director. This traumatized my mother-in-law and she never recovered. We should have seen this as an immediate "red flag". Staffing is at a level that does not allow adequate 1:1 compassionate care with the 24 residents, as the Marketing/Sales team wants you to believe. ALL residents stay in a common room, which the staff portrays as a great thing. HOWEVER, clothes, blankets, shoes, and pillows are shared among the residents which results in increased sickness for everyone. Staff would not wash her clothes sometimes and kept her in dirty clothes for up to 3 days at a time. Some residents such as her require extra time to eat due to impairments; yet they are on a strict regimen and occasionally at lunchtime a staff member will clear the tables before residents can even finish their lunch. At night they only have 2 staff and a medication specialist after 5pm to handle the 24 residents. These 2 staff CANNOT adequately offer quality time with each resident, as the objective is to get everyone in bed by 8:00 or so. About 1/2 of the staff went the "extra mile" to try to assist as best they could; the other 1/2 were seriously lacking in compassion and needed commitment to the residents. We experienced several occasions where incorrect medication dosing was given. Had a family member not been there at the time, the consequences would have been worse.

I am making this review as a Physical Therapist that has the privilege of working in this community for approximately 10 years. The staff are beyond helpful to not only me, but most importantly the residents. The attention to detail to each person’s needs is exceptional. I have worked in many facilities and this is at the top of list! Residents have care when they need, medication delivered to them as needed daily, and assistance at the ring of a bell. All residents are able to attend daily activities, intermittent outings, and fellowship. The activities planned daily are amazing! As a PT these things all matter to me for a person to still feel like a human that might have lost some of their independence; knowing they are at a place they can still fell loved and well taken care of physically, mentally, and spiritually. I would not hesitate to put one of my loved ones at this facility. It is an honor to provide services to this facility and residents, which are to be respected and loved! Good work Priddy Manor!! It’s a nice place, the staff for the most part are all excellent. It’s clean, and like some homes it doesn’t have a foul odor. There is plenty of activities to join into, and there is several churches that come to provide worship services. The food is very good and well balanced. The Christmas reception was lovely, and I enjoyed it along with my parents.

Nice friendly people. Took my Mom out to the Courtyard today. It's seems really relaxing & peaceful there. I encouraged her, on warm days, to come out & sit in the rockers.

This is a beautiful facility. Everything was clean and patients seemed to be looked after. My mom has been there for a month in the memory care unit and I've pleased with her care.

My Mother n Law has been at Pritty Manor since April of 2018 in the memory unit. She is very happy, comfortable and has many friends . I have not had any Red Flags ( so to speak) since she has been there. She calls everyone Moma, and is being cared for with the utmost respect. All of these ladies are very patient and loving with everyone. You couldn’t ask for a better staff. I believe she really feels like she is Loved. If you have a Loved one that needs extra care, I would not hesitate to let them call Priddy Manor Home!
