I can't say enough about the people I've met here. They are attentive and not rushed with the residents. The facility itself is very nice, almost resort-like. Being in "attended care" is a position that's tough for residents, I'm sure. It's sort of confirmation that they are no longer competent to live alone. I'm sure that's demoralizing to a degree. But this facility and its staff go out of their way to make residents feel accepted and dignified. I would feel comfortable here if I had to find care for a very elderly or infirm family member

Ive worked here for a little over a year and I love it! I would recommend any friend or family member to consider placement at this facility. If you want to make sure your loved ones are being looked after well, I definitely recommend!

I worked for Spring Arbor and loved it! Left due 2 personal reasons! I know when new ED came into office, she came into her new position blindfolded behind an Ex ED that left that company a complete mess!! Shes doing the best she can and as time goes on she will be Wonderful (which she is already) at her new position! As for the other post it comes from an angry x employee! I do know ppl that work there still and they as well as the higher ups do an Outstanding job & care for the residents as if they were their own family!! Please dont let ones opinion turn you or your family members away!! Please use your own judgment of the staff and you will see they each and everyone do their very best with the care of the Residents!!

My husband is in the memory care cottages. The caregivers are dedicated and competent people, they have taken over the job I did for my husband while he lived at home. I agonized about placing him in a memory care place, but Spring Arbor has made this transition painless and I am so relieved to know that he is safe and well cared for.
