The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because my friend is still alive, she’s able to live in a clean environment and she occasionally has people there that care for her welfare. But honestly I’m so disappointed with Lee and her lack of support and communication. There was a time that she was very helpful but in the past year she’s literally ghosted me and blatantly disregarded any messages I’ve left or attempted to have some type of communication about my friends wellness.

I have worked with Shuler Health Care Assisted Living for 10 years. Shuler has the most beautiful campus. The admissions process is so easy and they are always a pleasure to work with on every level. I have never seen a Assisted living make every effort to make their residents part of the big family feeling you get when you are there. I would recommend anyone I know to Shuler Health Care. If your in need for that xtra help and looking for the next step into Assisted Living, look at Shuler Health care they have so much to offer that others do not. Amazing staff and top notch facility!!!
