My mother has had excellent care at Brookdale Memory Care. She is loved by her caregivers, and they are quick to respond to her needs. Any questions or concerns we have are immediately addressed, and always in a knowledgeable and kind manner. Every caregiver is patient, kind, and gentle and we enjoy our time with everyone there.

I moved my mom in almost 2 weeks ago and I can already tell a huge difference in her. She is thriving better than she has in months. She constantly tells me how nice everyone is there and how they take very good care of her. Alice and everyone else at Brookdale has been extremely helpful in helping my mom with this transition. The employees and the facility is top-notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

Although my dad ended needing skilled nursing and not assisted living I would highly recommend this place based on their admissions coordinator Bobbie!!! She has by far been more helpful and compassionate and kind then any other place we have dealt with. We did a comprehensive tour over FaceTime as we were out of town. She lead this tour and walked us through all the details of setting up my dad to live there. She answered all our questions and every things we didn’t even know to ask she seemed to know all things that might come up. She has stayed in touch with us as my dads hospital stay has gotten longer and longer reaching out to us to give us names of SNFs that my dad may be able to get into. And she has been very supportive and a should to lean on as this process got personably very complicated due to my dad’s situation. If he ever qualifies for assisted living again, I will not hesitate to call Bobbie and send him to Brookdale High Point North just based on such a wonderful representative they have hired in Bobbi!!!! I hope all their employees are as great as her!!

I am now in my eighth year as an entertainer at Brookdale-High Point North. My wide variety of music produces many smiles during my monthly visits. I thank April Allison and the wonderful staff here for allowing me to share the joy of music with so many people.

I visited Brookdale High Point North in January 2022 as part of the work I was doing to evaluate independent and assisted living facilities for my mother. My impression of High Point North was that it was comfortable and clean and very efficiently managed. All of the residents I saw were clearly being cared for with compassion and respect for their dignity. The staff members I spoke with were open and friendly and didn't hesitate to answer the many questions I asked. In particular, the Sales Manager - Bobbi Beene - went out of her way to ensure that I had all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. She continued to personally follow-up with me after my visit to offer helpful advice and to ask how my mother was. I strongly recommend considering Brookdale High Point North if you are looking for assisted living. I believe you will be as impressed as I was.

The management, staff and employees at High Point Place are wonderful. My Mother LOVES living there, and I've definitely seen a huge improvement in her quality of life since moving there. It was the best decision I could have made. The meals served are very balanced and nutritious. The entire facility is kept very clean. ! Lauren plans a variety of activities for the residents and is extremely pro-active in keeping them engaged. Her demeanor with them is very patient, loving, and caring. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brookdale High Point Place to anyone looking for Assisted Living for a loved one or family member.
