Excellent facility and lay out. Staff that are willing to go above and beyond. Constantly offering activities for the residents that help bring them together and stay active. Always feel confident that the residents are taken care of day to day or when times get tough. Highly recommend.

My mom has been a resident of Spring Arbor since October 2020. When looking for a senior living facility in the Greenville, NC area, Spring Arbor was our first choice. We had heard nothing but good things through word of mouth. We first met with Macy Baker, Sales & Marketing Director, who was very pleasant and happy to answer any and all questions we had. She even sends me pictures of my mom periodically. Although, Im sure this is not part of her job, it is greatly appreciated and adds a personal touch. We were very pleased with the layout and cleanliness of the facility. All of my interactions with the staff have been nothing but positive, professional and friendly. At first, I was very nervous about leaving my mom there alone and not knowing anyone. However, that soon changed as my mom became involved in many of their daily activities and is doing very well. If you have a loved one who needs or will be needing assisted living in the future, I highly recommend Spring Arbor in Greenville, NC.

The top in the city, imo. The staff and the activities, which are diverse and daily, keep the residents involved and active. Outside families and community programs come in and are welcome.
