Thanks to all the staff at Spring Harbor for the excellent art show featuring the work of David Wasserboehr. The charcuterie table was beautiful, the people fun and the work to make it all happen was extensive. I don’t know many places that would go to this much trouble to support their residents.

Choosing an assisted living facility for my mom one was not easy, but I am so grateful we found this place. From day one, the staff made us feel like family. They are kind, patient, and truly care about each resident’s well-being. I’ve seen such a positive difference in my loved one since moving here. They are more comfortable, engaged, and genuinely happy. The staff always take the time to check in, not just with the residents but with family members too, which means so much. The facility is always clean, peaceful, and welcoming. The Executive Director is very nice and made us feel right at home, the Coordinators are awesome, There are activities that keep everyone involved, and it’s comforting to know my loved one is not just being cared for, but also enjoying life. I have peace of mind every day knowing they are in such good hands. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and supportive environment for their loved one.

Our experience with bringing my stepdad here for memory care and hospice services for his end of life care was an extremely positive one He thrived in cottage under the care of Sharon Laws, Maria Bellin (med tech), Elizabeth, Ashley, Hailey, Laketa, Kim, and Marquita. There are several others I am forgetting to mention, because there were so many. The staff were so attentive and served him and our family like their own family. Simon and his kitchen staff made the best meals, it was a breathe of fresh air to see institution food prepared so well. Gina, Anna, Senita, Patty and Melissa took extra time to explain what to expect and addressed all our needs from the first minute to the last. I am forever grateful for their outstanding care of my stepdad and mom. Ari and the activities staff interacted with him on his level, which was a challenge, but he did participate because of their patience and ability to meet him where he was. We witnessed several other residents get treated with respect and compassion, better than anywhere else we looked. The facility is very clean, and we never worried about staffing issues as there was always an attentive assistant available. I highly recommend, 10/10!

Spring Arbor has been THE right place for my parents for nearly two years. My father passed just a month after moving in, and the staff stepped up for my mother, helping her through a difficult transition. They were by her side (and mine) through a broken hip and several illnesses as time went on. From nurses to housekeepers, mother often said she felt safe and cared about. Not just "cared FOR", but staff truly cared ABOUT her, spending time with her and keeping me updated. There are always activities offered for residents, and they also offered some programs for family members during the summer, where I connected with other families and vendors that have helped with all the transitions this phase of life entails. It is a difficult business these folks are in, and no one is perfect, but Spring Arbor was perfect for my mother.

The staff is warm and caring, the building is beautiful and clean, and the lengths they go to in order to keep residents active and engaged is beyond impressive. Our loved one was well cared for here and our family was cared for, too, during a difficult time.

Spring Arbor is an excellent community with quality leadership. As a nurse and former director of an assisted living community, I would gladly move one of my family members there if needed. The community is clean, well organized, and the residents always look happy. I am impressed with management knowledge and involvement with residents. I would give Spring Arbor 10 stars if I could.

Me & my family came to visit Spring Arbor to surprise my mother. The staff was very welcoming from beginning to the end. We were welcomed with a warm smile from the front desk attendant & the staff around her. The workplace is very clean & professional. The residents were very nice was well and you could tell they were being treated very well in the facility. They even played with my toddler as if she was a part of their family. Such a great place I would recommend to anyone!

After 2 months of my parents residing at SA of Greensboro I can only give 5 Stars. Given my skepticism of Assisted Living facilities we went into this with lots of reservations. From the first day forward the entire staff has been more caring and helpful than I could have ever imagined!! They keep me informed, they treat my parents with the Utmost Respect and Understanding. My parents nor I have a single complaint!!!!!! What the Heck..10 ’s.

Spring Arbor is the closest thing to heaven on earth for assisted living/memory care. My mother was diagnosed with ALS in December 2021. We provided her care at home as long as it was safe and comfortable. In early 2022, I called an exhaustive list of assisted living/skilled care facilities requesting admission. As soon as I mentioned ALS, I was answered with roadblocks and obstacles. I had called Spring Arbor as part of this process and Debby Wilson (Sales and Marketing Director) was compassionate and accommodating. In an act of desperation, I called her back seeking advice. Her response was a simple "we can do this". Mom was admitted to Spring Arbor on April 19th and based on her deteriorating condition, I truly felt we would be fortunate to have her with us for 90 days. Over the summer her condition did deteriorate but Gina Lane (Resident Care Director) and her staff of CNA's/medtechs worked tirelessly day in and day out to love and support mom. They worked through medication changes and increasing physical challenges and the compassion and professionalism they showed for her was an inspiration for mom and our family. The facility is new and fresh. The landscaping is well maintained. The dining room food was always delicious and enjoyable. The staff scheduled a full and entertaining calendar of activities for the residents. 7+ months later on Thanksgiving day (after what I thought would be 90 days) mom wrote her final page and we transported her to Beacon Place (Hospice). Our gratitude to Spring Arbor and the entire staff will remain with us forever and words cannot express the appreciation we have for all that they did for mom.

I placed my mom in memory care at Spring Arbor in April 2021 after searching several memory care places in Greensboro. After touring Spring Arbor, I knew my search was over. The facility is beautiful and more importantly, the staff is wonderful. Mom is happy and safe. She enjoys all the activities and interaction with the other residents and staff. Spring Arbor keeps me well informed about mom. They also have monthly family meetings and I get to meet and interact with others whose parents also have dementia. They truly have a whole patient, whole family mindset. I am grateful every day.

Our aunt moved to Spring Arbor from a healthcare facility in October, 2020. With this move to Spring Arbor, our family has seen many positive changes in our aunt's life and well-being. We are so grateful that she has a new, happier life! One family member described Spring Arbor as being more like a home rather than an institution, and we all agreed! At Spring Arbor, the staff members are caring and helpful to the residents and their families. Daily care is provided with kindness and understanding. The meals served are both nutritious and delicious. In addition, beverages and fun snacks are served during the daytime. A daily newsletter, "The Perk," is delivered to each resident, providing information, word games, and puzzles. The Recreational Therapy team provides many interesting and enjoyable activities each day, and residents are gently encouraged to participate. Activities include music, games, indoor sports, walking clubs, art, and baking. Spring Arbor has outdoor areas that have plants, bird feeders, and a covered area with seating. An organization called "Pet Partners" visits residents weekly with their wonderful therapy dogs. A calf and miniature goats have also visited! In addition, family events are planned, including Mother's and Father's Day parties, and ice cream socials! Our aunt has truly "blossomed" here! She has made friends with both residents and staff members. We are very thankful for the warmhearted care she receives at Spring Arbor and are so happy that our aunt moved to such a supportive, loving, and happy place! Spring Arbor has our highest recommendation!

My father had been at a place prior to Spring Arbor, so I have a good comparison. Spring Arbor was awesome right from the start. His room was very nice and they really gave him the care he needed. The food was great. I ate there several times and enjoyed it very much. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond to make sure they are delivering the proper care. I highly recommend this place.

I am so very grateful for Spring Arbor in Greensboro. We had to find an assisted living residence that provides memory care for my aunt on extremely short notice.(less than 48 hours) I received a referral to Spring Arbor and Debby Wilson. We were absolutely blown away by the environment in the first five minutes of visiting. They made the move in process exceedingly simple and convenient. The staff and administration of Spring Arbor consistently delivered thoughtful feedback and exceptional care for my aunt. The programs that are available to the residents are top notch and engaging too. I was constantly kept updated on the care that was provided and it was so convenient to visit any time I wanted. As time progressed and my aunt needed additional care, the staff was top notch. They also work hand in glove with Hospice and over the last several months of my aunts life, she received amazing comfort, care and love. I appreciate the accommodations of the needs of my aunt and myself. Spring Arbor gave us a wonderful last four years with my aunt. They were a blessing.
