Went in to see about getting placement for my grandma. The nurse (can't remember her name, I apologize) was a big help. She explained she has over 30 years experience In the Healthcare field. Unfortunately my grandma needs a memory care unit because she has Dementia. The nurse gave me recommendations. They have recently had a new upgrade to their facility, the new paint and exterior landscaping looks amazing. Thank you again Nurse for all your help!

I have visited the community and the staff really friendly and helpful the nurse natasha has over 30 years of experience in health care and very knowledgeable. The sales manager Susan was very helpful with letting me know what needed to be done in order to get things rolling. The upgrades and landscaping looks amazing. Thank you again natasha and Susan. The new makeover is great. The Sales Manager Susan was a big help with assisting my family and explaining things to us. Unfortunately our loved one was not a good fit, but the Nurse and Susan helped us find other placement. I would highly recommend Brookdale Union to friends and family. Thank you again Susan and the nurse.

I recently placed my mother in Brookdale Union. From our initial interview through the entire process I dealt with Susan in Sales. She was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. We experienced a few small hiccups along the way and Susan was able to provide us with guidance and support. She has also gone above and beyond with additional assistance even when others were unavailable. Mom has been there for 3 weeks now and pleased thus far.

Albeit a short stay, my thanks for caring for my mother in law. She seemed very happy to have people around her that were kind and patient with her. Caring and compassionate staff.

We did a rehab stay here for 3 weeks. Overall, we were happy. Longer term, though, the additional fees would have put this well out of our range. There were also some communications issues. We were never given an email address to communicate with anyone and the phone seemed to be answered quite often by random residents. Dad loved the food, though, and they had a well equipped rehab gym for him.

Our experience has been going good for my mom and our family. It is a good fit for her and i would absolutely recommend the community. They staff are all the very good and nice. The facility is clean and clear everywhere. My mom has not complained about the food so it seems she likes the food.

My loved one was here briefly for respite care, and we were very pleased with how things went! It's a very nice looking community, they do a great job keeping everything clean and well kept. The staff were also all very friendly and helpful! They did a great job with the food, my loved one is a picky eater and they were really accommodating when it came to working with her to find things she liked.
