Holly shit they charge me 846.00$ for 2 days!!! My rent cost that!!! Lady told me she makes 17.00$ an hour they must pocket the rest!!! Lady never cleaned,never cooked,only sat here and did nothing…not happy at all for that much I would have taken her with me!!! Never again will they come to my house!!!

Comfort Keepers is the most Outstanding home care company that I have personally ever experienced. From the first time I called, Tony Pace at the Franklin office is the most professional and personable person who listens to understand and seamlessly sets up a member of the team best suited for individual needs. He is dependable, checks-in and is one of the most stellar people to grace this planet! He aligns everything to work for the client. Also, another true Godsend is the woman who assists me, Tonya. I AM beyond grateful for her as she adds exponentially to the quality of my life by assisting me with ADL’s, personal care and more. She is caring, dependable and knowledgeable with all aspects of my life as a paraplegic veteran. I have never met such a magnificent care giver with such positive energy, a great attitude and willingness to help. She is a blessing to both myself and my husband. Tonya is top-notch and we are lucky to have her with us. In addition, Sherry is the nurse who visits quarterly and she, too, is personable and professional even while handling the necessary paperwork. As a service connected disabled veteran, this service provided to me by the VA is the most helpful and meaningful benefit that I have directly experienced. The Comfort Keepers team sets the most desired standard in the industry because each team member is genuinely interested with keeping their clients comfortable with the process of home health set-up, stellar employees who go above and beyond and dependable and reliable schedules and communication. Comfort keepers has allowed me peace of mind for when I need to leave the house knowing that Deb is there to make sure that my husbands need are taken care of of that he will not fall while I am gone. The VA arranged 12 hours of care for my husband to allow me to continue my job. Our caregiver is such a blessing. We are so pleased & thankful for such thoughtful care!! The staff is very helpful with every detail!! I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers!!

The VA obtained 9 hours per week of in home care for my brother in Franklin, NC. Comfort Keepers were able to go to his home the hours of the week that we needed them most -- when we couldnt be with him ourselves.Each time I talked with him, he told me that Jessica is the best of anyone helping him. She is respectful of his way of wanting things done. She does everything that was needed to be done, and she spent time to present things to him so that he could still make his choices.I was able to meet Jessica the day we took my brother to the Valor Wing for long term care. She scurried around getting things ready and cleaning up everything that would be left behind. I asked her what her last name is and where she came from. She is Jessica Lee. She and her husband moved to Franklin, NC from northern California in January. They have three grown children.I was so impressed with Jessica that I want to be sure that she is recognized for her being the best!
