I had an after hour call from my family member and called the 24 hour number and the staff picked up immediately. They took the phone with them to my family member room and check and I was able to hear the conversation and all that was going on. This set my mind at ease immediately. The staff has always been an available to answer all my questions and concerns. They always make me feel comfortable with knowing my family member is being cared for with quality care.

My mother in law is at the facility. It’s clean, it offers activities, food is available according to each persons diet. Right now, it may have limited staff but for all that are there, they are very helpful and support all the residents who are there to accommodate their needs.

Lovely place, clean and friendly. Had some concerns with medication scheduling and they addressed it and reassured my loved ones of all to expect and they would work their hardest to accommodate all needs.

My uncle was a resident at Terra Bella. My husband and I visited often. The staff members were very attentive and friendly. He was given proper care. What was so important to us was that he was happy and content. He really was. When your love one is in a safe and loving environment, you couldn’t ask for more. There are some wonderful, caring people that work here, but there are too many untrained hourly workers that don't respect the residents. Unfortunately, it doesn't take but one or two uncaring individuals to mistreat or ignore needs of the elderly with dementia. I was not the only family member that was unhappy with the care that our loved ones received. Especially at meal times and during the night shift.
