My mother was suffering from ALS and I placed her in Morningside of Concord from another facility in town in November 2019. Their staff was FABULOUS in every way!!! I was always informed of the state of my moms condition. They were proactive on things they were witnessing as her disease progressed. Most importantly, my mom was comfortable, at ease, and pleased. This is the Gold Standard for Assisted living facilities in my opinion. My only regret is not placing her there initially! Thanks Very Much for all your help Morningside of Concord!!!

I believe in acknowledging a job well done! We have been so very pleased with the transition of our loved one to MorningSide. The staff upon registration and move in day with all of the restrictions of COVID 19 were more than helpful. In the weeks that followed we have seen an amazing social engagement, participation and positive reports all around of staff and fellow residents. Our family is extremely pleased with the care our mother receives in assisted living at Morningside of Concord. She feels comfortable and secure in her apartment which we could furnish and decorate with her belongings so it feels like home. The administration and staff are helpful, responsive, caring and compassionate. Their efforts create a warm, friendly environment for both residents and their families. Dining services are top notch - Mom often comments on how good the food is. The facility itself is well-maintained, clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend Morningside of Concord!

My aunt made her home at Morningside the last three years of her life. Those years were full of new friends, good food and fun activities. She really liked going on outings. The staff was very welcoming and I always saw the same staff when I visited. Morningside became an extension of our family in the care of my aunt. Morningside of Concord has provided a loving, caring home for both my dad and my aunt. The management team and staff take care to get to know each resident as an individual and to provide just what each needs to thrive. The varied activities and outings, from daily devotions and exercise to concerts and shopping, keep residents on the go and engaged within the community, both inside and outside the beautiful facility. One remarkable thing about the Morningside team is that many of the caring faces I see each time I visit were there when my first family member arrived over 6 years ago. The team is amazing, and I highly recommend!

The facility is clean, the food is excellent, and the staff caring. What else can be said about the best assisted living facility in the county? My mother-in-law has a complex medical history and the leadership team and staff have been wonderful in working to provide for her needs. It is a place clearly guided by an active interest in delivering the best care. The culture of the organization is positive, caring, and professional.

I am a family member who visits regularly. I see the same consistent staff from the managers, to the nursing staff, to the dining room staff. They keep good people. My mom has had the same housekeeper for over 5 years. She loves it there and says that everyone is so nice to her. I love visiting because everyone knows me and is so warm and welcoming. I rest easy knowing that my mom is well taken care of and part of a huge family at Morningside.

I love, love, love this facility! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming when you walk in. You can tell they all genuinely care for their residents. From the care staff, to the kitchen crew, to the maintenance staff and everyone in between. The food is great and you can tell the kitchen employees take pride in the food they cook and serve. Ive heard numerous stories about the management team coming up with new ideas to do something special for individual residents. Im happy Cabarrus County has the assisted living facility it deserves.

The staff is amazing!! Starr, Catherine, Tammy, Tamara, and Crystal are professional, yet make you feel a part of the family from the moment you meet them. The community is beautiful and so clean. It feels like a family from the minute you walk through the door. They have a team philosophy, and everyone is there to help their residents , and their families. Morningside of Concord has a home like feel. It is obvious they are very professional and caring. No matter when you visit you are always greeted with a smile and can tell the residents are well taken care of. I look forward to the Car Show every August and it benefits Alzheimers. I have visited Morningside often over the years and found it to be such a warm environment from the time you walk in the front door. Robin usually greeted me and always asked if I would like a cookie and coffee. The folks that live there seem so happy and the staff is always so friendly.

Morningside of Concord is top notch in the quality of care and attention your loved one will receive. What I discovered while visiting: The entire staff is warm and friendly and so attentive to all of the residents needs. The property inside and out is clean and well maintained. They offer excellent dining and nutrition options (warm cookies served daily for a treat) There are countless amenities and services included. The activity calendar is full of fun things to do. The private dining room is perfect for a special dinner or celebration and they have a spa on site! It truly is a wonderful community to consider in your search.5 stars
