Great and friendly staff!

I am very pleased with the care my family member is receiving at Concord Place. The staff really seems to care about the residents and their wellbeing. The level of care is much higher than in other facilities I have toured and actually had personal experience with. Concord Place should be the industry standard!

My 95 year old mother has been in the memory care facility since the end of February. From the moment we first visited the facility to this day the staff has been extremely helpful, kind, and compassionate to the family and my mother. Mom wants for nothing. They watch over her and care for her with professionalism and kindness and empathy. She is cared for nutritionally and physically. During the COVID isolation the staff has done everything possible to keep us in contact with her either by Skype or helping to set up a device in her room that allows us to video chat with her. If I call, and I do often, for help on any way they respond quickly and efficiently. Mom knows that is she asks for something they will take care of it. It does not help to name names who is helpful there because everyone I have dealt with does whatever they can to care for mom. Putting mom in a memory care unit was very hard but Concord Place took a lot of the sting away. God bless them and thank you all from Mickey and her family.

Went there to trick or treat but the staff seemed very into their jobs socializing and taking car of the tenants. Didnt see any of them on their phones or anything which was nice to see this day an age.

My mom is in her 3rd year of living at Concord Place. After an initial adjustment of a few months, she is really at home there. She feels safe and loves it. it brings me untold happiness and comfort to know that she is in a place that she not only loves but all the staff and other residents are so kind, and I feel they love her too.Concord Place is currently undergoing a re-do with new painted walls, carpet to come, etc. It is going to be really nice.If I needed a place, it's one I would choose for myself.

My Mom is a resident at Concord Place Assisted Living and has resided there for over 3 years. While it will never take the place of her home, the staff work hard to take care of the residents and develop relationships with them. It is a small community and this adds to the close atmosphere.

I am the Community Relations Manager and I have been at my community for 12 1/2 years and I absolutely love my job! I started out as a CNA/Med Tech, then moved to Resident Programming and now in Sales. I love how our community engages on a daily basis and the residents, family members and staff make this community vibrant!
