If you want the worst for your family member, put them here. They will give you the glamorous tour and promise you the sun moon and stars but trust me when I say it is a front. They will blame everything on being understaffed meanwhile all the "execs" sit around a giggle and laugh with each other. I even encountered an employee on a Sunday morning stating she was still drunk from the night before as she was signing in for work. My relative has had numerous medication mishaps. And if you ring the bell for assistance you may wait up to 40 minutes as my relative did while lying on the floor bleeding with a broken arm for a fall. The excuses are ridiculous. I have even witnessed in the elevator employees talking ugly about residents and laughing at their disabilities. We will be relocating our relative as soon as the next spot opens at another facilty. DO NOT make the same mistake we did.

We moved dad in March 4th. Everyone has helped make dads transition from living in a home with mom to a Memory Care apartment so simple and smooth. Very friendly & incredibly warm staff with many introductions. Made us all feel right at home. We love his apartment where he could move his own furniture in and the extra special care everyone has given dad since day one. Thank you Waltonwood!

Waltonwood Cotswold has been a wonderful experience for our family. When both parents needed care, they went out of their way to accommodate them. We find the staff to be very kind and caring. The facility is very new, bright and open. The chef and his staff prepare wonderful meals. They have many activities and opportunities for socializing everyday. We couldnt have hoped for a better experience for Mom and Dad.

The Waltonwood Staff is kind, caring, professional, patient, friendly, and approachable. My father has been a resident in Assisted Living for 2 years and we are glad he is there is safe hands. The family events they host are fun for the residents and a great way to get families involved. The Care Managers are knowledgeable and always ready to listen to concerns. My Dad does not participate in many of the activities, but there is a variety to choose from, as well as exercise classes each day. Its a great place!!!!

I brought my mother to visit Waltonwood. We both thoroughly enjoyed our tour, and felt like our questions were answered. Jaynie was very friendly and obviously very proud of their community. She even sent my mother home with a piece of homemade pie! There is no availability at this point but if a room becomes available, I think Mom would be happy here.

The facility is very nice and clean. I cant say nothing but EXCELLENT reviews about this facility. The staff is friendly and they take care of the residents. My mother has enjoyed being there and very pleased. Also, you cant ask for a better place for a family member to be staying here.

Fantastic experience thus far. Elderly parent is quite happy, been there over a year, has not only made many friends with both residents and staff, but has completely turned around from living alone (with assisted help) to being more outgoing, enjoying the entertainment, activities, exercise and interaction with others.Staff has gone out of their way to accommodate any special needs or requests, the facility is super clean and relatively new, and the food is great. Perfect choice.
