We have been truly over joyed with our move here. Selling your home and coming to an over 55 community is a big step. But the staff, Danielle especially, made our move the most wonderful experience. She went beyond our expectations to make sure we were settled, comfortable and happy with our new adventure. The people here are overwhelmingly a pleasure to be around and the community is very welcoming! This has been the best move and decision we have made. There are so many wonderful events provided by the Sage, just beautifully done and there are so many activities here to enjoy. I am so grateful to have found this welcoming home. I have to say, everyone is so very helpful and it’s one of my best decisions in life so far!

I am a relatively new resident at Sage. Not wanting to be labeled a complainer, I hesitated to report an annoying and disruptive noise that the freezer in my unit’s refrigerator was making. When I finally did make a complaint, the staff responded quickly. Surprisingly, they resolved the problem by replacing the refrigerator! What great service! Thanks so much, Sage!

We searched for the perfect 55+ community in the Charlotte Area. We picked Sage Highland Creek as our number one choice. We hoped the perfect apartment would open up for us that checked all of our boxes. As soon as one became available, Danielle called us right away to give us the good news. Danielle is super professional and helped guide us in getting set up in our new home. We are excited to experience all the wonderful activities here and look forward to meeting new friends at the Sage Highland Creek. Everyone we have met so far is very friendly. The complex is beautiful and well-cared-for by the staff. We recommend the Sage Highland Creek to anyone who is looking for the perfect 55+ community in the Charlotte Area.

What a fun place! Lots of activities to choose from including blackjack, mahjong, bid whist, Mexican train, hand and foot, poker and many other table games. Tonight was our Luau Night and we all had a great time dancing, learning the hula and plenty of excellent food. Christine was busy, setting up, calling tables and serving food but still found time to dance and chat with the residents. We Sage residents are so fortunate to live in this spotlessly clean building (thank you Mike and TJ) and have such a caring management team. I have been at Sage for 4+ years and couldn’t be happier.

I took my mom and her friend for a tour at Sage. We all felt like it was the right place so they said yes to a 2 bedroom unit with wrap around balcony. Heather was so patient, kind and helpful as she answered all of our questions during our tour. Christine met with us afterwards and was equally welcoming, patient and supportive! I know that my mom and her friend will be very happy to enjoy the spacious club house and inviting pool area with seating, decking, grills and party lights. It’s located just 3 miles from my home within the Highland Creek community, which makes it very convenient for me to assist them as needed. We’re all looking forward to making new friends while living at Sage Highland Creek.

It is a great place to live. It's clean. low noise. swimming pool; clubhouse gatherings and activities. It is a place where we gather for potluck meetings, then staff host various meeting with good food, music, dancing, playing cards, excercising, arts&crafts and monthly celebrations for birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations or life events, etc. This is a hard place to be lonely where there are great neighbors who look out for one another; there is always something happening to benefit the community. Staff & maintenance are good people who listen, make sure we are ok and always willing to help. Thank you Christine for always being courteous,just an outstanding manager, who helped me when I was sick and needed a friendly voice & understanding; and I thank the maintenance crew who are also very professional, courteous and fix things in such a timely manner. Really nice here! My aunt lives here and she loves it! She has very nice neighbors and it's super quiet. I recently visited her and I'm currently using a knee scooter for my broken foot. The doorways are ADA compliant as well as spacious hallways for easy maneuvering. The elevator was fast and smooth and the floors were easy to roll over. For those that need to use mobility aids, I found it very easy to get around. My aunt loves her balcony and the beautiful landscapes Really close to shops and restaurants.

Sage Highland Creek is such a beautiful community, in a great location, sandwiched where Charlotte, Concord and Huntersville intersect! The apartments are huge with lovely finishings. The community rooms are amazing! The craft room ( my favorite), the game room, the library, the movie theatre, the main floor lounge area, and the pool/patio area are all great areas for activities and fun!

I recently visited Sage Highland Creek to gather information about the community for my parent. Although I stopped by without scheduling a tour, I was warmly greeted by Heather Hartwig, who graciously offered to show me around. Heather was incredibly patient, taking the time to understand my parent’s needs, hobbies, and interests. The community itself is beautiful, with impressive amenities, and I had the pleasure of meeting some of the members along the way. They shared how much they love living here, calling it the best place to live. It was easy to picture my loved one thriving at Sage Highland Creek.

My family ,including 2 grandchildren, attended the ice cream social and fun at the pool event this past Friday. The event was geared for the grandchildren of the residents. My 4 and 6 year olds had a blast. First the ice cream with all the toppings then the pool with floats, balls, and children to play with. Thank you Christine and your team for a fantastic party.

Sage is a great place to live if you are age 55 or older. The apts are spacious and the amenities make each appreciate the benefits of care free living plus the great people you meet. Christine is the manager whom is well versed in her job and proves that management is there to assist where SHE is able. Michelle does a great job to help everyone when she has time. Both ladies do a great job within their scope of management. The residents here are some of the finest people who try to enjoy the many activities and events that are put on by management and the residents themselves within the scope allowable by corporate. We play games, have fun, cookouts, potlucks by residents and have many events which one may enjoy or not. I enjoy living at Sage and have made many friends. I just renewed my lease and enjoy my home and fellowship here at Sage Apartments.

Having a change of plans we needed an apartment on short notice. Chris came through for us and processed all the paperwork on a Tuesday, vacated our old apartment on Wednesday and started to move into Sage on Thursday. We relied on Chris to help us settle in to our new life in this amazing community. The entire staff has been so accommodating. Any requests we made have been handled immediately. The security afforded here gives us much comfort as we moved here from an Uptown Charlotte apartment location. Many thanks to Chris, Katie, Antwon, Trent and all support staff for helping us make Sage our new home!

Friends from out of state came to visit and remarked how well the complex is holding up They visited before, (after I moved in.; three and a half years ago When the facility was still under construction) They wondered if management or residents was responsible After thought I realized both. The residents are proud to live here because management sets the standards and uphold them. Our manager Christine has established a Sage Way. Common areas look well put together at all times and you feel the dedication to maintain it. Rumors are quenched quickly.Questions of policy are well answered and timely. After realizing how much I like and proud to be living here I decided to share.

From the first day that we moved in two years ago, my husband and I have felt like we are living in an all inclusive resort. The apartments are beautiful, the common areas are just fantastic, beautifully decorated, yet still cozy, there is no square inch of the grounds that you cannot enjoy. I have read some of the other reviews and was truly surprised. Management routinely plans, great activities, generous, dinners, themed parties, all provided for the residence pleasure. I also would like to mention and recognize Christine, Nicole, and the absolutely awesome Ron the management team and maintenance team that make our life enjoyable and easy. We would give Sage and the quality of life we have here the highest recommendation. Definitely a five star community!

I toured the property while looking for a place for my mother and was extremely pleased with all it had to offer. It was very clean and well kept. I loved the inviting atmosphere and all the facilities that are offered for residents to use. The planned events seem like something my mother would really enjoy and I think she will be very happy here. The staff was amazing and so inviting. I could tell Christine and Nicole both really care about their residents and I think it will be a great fit for my mother. I look forward to visiting my mother here and know she will feel right at home once she is settled.
