The Social at Cotswold is a wonderful community. Ive had the opportunity to work with the leadership, Clinical team and various other staff. I find one characteristic across all roles, they strive for excellence with a caring focus on the residents. Briana and Willow are so easy to talk to and willing to help when families have questions about making The Social home for their loved one. Karen Gore, president has a true heart for the residents and is always looking for ways to support staff. You will definitely feel the dedication and care when you walk through the doors. I highly recommend this community.

Thank you! What a wonderful place. Had bad experience at local facility and moved mother in law here for a short term stay to get her strong again. Our hope is she can return home soon. Staff for the most part is friendly and helpful. Our initial visit was good and they answered all our questions.

Ive had the pleasure of working with the team at the Social for the last few years and their customer services is unmatched in the senior industry. From the first meeting with Briana, who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, to working with Lydia and the clinical team; everyone is simply amazing. They have been creative, helpful, and always focused on their residents needs throughout the pandemic. If you are trying to help a parent or loved one find an amazing assisted living or memory care apartment for a great price-look no further and contact Briana and the team today!

We chose The Social at Cotswold, herein referred to as The Social, after being blown away by the sales representative, Chrissy, who was both personable and professional in her presentation on The Social and the care our mother would receive there. The Thrive organization (The Social is under their umbrella) provides Assisted Living care by building relationships, like a family, and the term Elder (which equates to respect) is used instead of Senior. Our mother was present and very much a part of the discussion, and we came away from this initial meeting with confident trust that our mother would be in good hands. We have had a longer than expected adjustment period, some of which we can attribute to a couple of hospital stays and subsequent health setbacks, but we are pleased that The Social has been responsive to whatever concerns we present and continue to make every effort to resolve issues that mostly revolve around response time, primarily on weekends when staff is reduced. Thankfully, the staff is very caring and we are comfortable with the care our mother receives. I have no problem recommending The Social as the right Assisted Living community for anyone not looking for perfection but expecting a continued effort for improvement.

My father in law has lived at a few different assisted living facilities. The Social At Cotswold is by far going the extra mile to ensure his care, safety and happiness. He can be somewhat particular and demanding BUT this is the first Assisted Living he has absolutely no complaints. The staff are not just conscience they are happy and truly care about the residents. This facility was a Brookdale but was taken over by Thrive late 2019. They have been fully engaged to ensure the safety of all residents during the Covid 19 outbreak and the communication from the facility and corporate has been outstanding! I would give them a 10 if I could. Oh and he says the food is outstanding!

My aunt lives at this community and loves it. The staff is very caring and she really loves the food, the activities and the maintenance man. She was at a different community prior to this and the staff was not very attentive. She loves her caregiver Ann as well. We are very glad we made the move here. Not a new facility but her previous community had all the bells and whistles and no where near the staff of the Social. Highly recommend

My stepmom loves brookdale cotswold. She has really improved since she has been there. All the staff and the nurses give her lots of attention and are always friendly and helpful. She loves the food too.

I am editing my review after having my father here for a few months. The quality of care has tapered off Many wonderful things to say about Brookdale Cotswold. The staff is friendly, caring and kind. The facility is clean and smells nice. My father feels cared for and safe. We have had a fantastic experience with Brookdale Cotswold to this point and have only positive comments!

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the staff at BC. I really feel as if this is one of the front runners for my mother. It is 15 minutes from my job and the floor plans are nice. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I went just to help out and get to know some of the residents and that was one of the most life changing events in my life.The staff is so caring and gentle with some of the residents.Also the staff was just very welcoming with open arms. I had just the most fun.I was able do resident clustering and also learn a lot about their lives.Brooke dale is just absolutely a wonderful place.
