I had to move someone in yesterday. A class operation all the way. All of the staff was great to work with.

It's a great place to live as an elderly NPC, however staff with a specific ethnicity are treated unfairly & is overworked & underpaid. I tried to professionally put in my two weeks, but upper management dismissed it and acted like children. Also, we weren't allowed to use certain "public" bathrooms, as we were forced to use a dirty bathroom that's in desperate need of renovation. I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply here. There's better retirement communities in Cary that pays more & will treat you like a human being.

As an employee at Glenaire, I find Glenaire to be a wonderful place to work and a fantastic place for residents. Working in a place that you would love for your family to live says a lot.

My 94 year old mother recently spent weeks in Glenaire's rehab facility North Hall, to recover from a broken hip. I can't say enough about the care she received while there. Starting with Amanda the admission's social case worker to the lead nurses, PT's and the CNA's. This was not a place my mom wanted to be and let everyone know. However, everyone was so professional and patient with her even though they knew she was not one of their permanent resident. These folks were definitely a step above some other rehab facilities my family have experienced in the past. It truly is a calling for these workers.

My parents moved there in '99; Dad passed in '05; Mom had a stroke 4 months ago and now in Medical Assisted Living, still at Glenaire. I cannot say enough good things about this place, would give 6 stars if I could. I hope to move there myself when I am ready.
