I have been working with Bill for the last 3 years, he has helped the Gaston veterans council do great work in senior facilities, events throughout the county. Work with him in a previous job in the funeral business and got nothing but praise from families that he has worked with their loved ones. I cant tell you how many times I have heard people Express the caring attitude, attention to detail he gives to his clients and people in our community. It has been a real honor and privilege of watching his company grow and grow to be such an outstanding business employing so many people in our community. Also with his willingness to put his treasure time and talents freely to support our community such as educational courses itll workshop on dementia awareness, Alzheimers. If you want a caring, passion, well-organized, dependable company to take care of your loved one I highly recommend feel in his company and his crew. We were referred to Right at Home Belmont by the Veterans Administration. When we learned that the franchise was owned and operated by a veteran we were very excited. My husband is assisted with showers and given an opportunity to get out and enjoy nature. The care givers also assist me with basic house cleaning. Were super thankful to have Right at Home, theyve really improved the quality of both our lives.

My daughter attended a Dementia Live presentation at the Gastonia YMCA and was really impressed with Bill...We saw him again when my husband was being discharged from a local rehab and really felt a great connection...We started home care for my husband soon afterwards...weve really been pleased with the care my husbands received...Our care giver Leslie has been wonderful!...We were also impressed with how well she was treated by the company.

Right at Home Belmont has really changed my life. My caregiver takes me shopping in Gastonia to all the stores I love to go to. We go to lunch sometimes and I enjoy being able get out. Otherwise I would not be able to get out of the house as much. She helps me do all the things around that house that I am no longer able to do myself. Bill the owner of Right at Home is always helpful and makes sure that I am happy. Bill and the rest of the staff at Right at Home are a pleasure to work with and it is easy to see that they all really care about their clients.

Right at Home in Belmont has been wonderful to work with in the Gastonia area with my mom. We have been clients for almost 7 months and we have been thrilled with the attention and care that Bill Osborne and his staff provide. Dear Right At Home, I would like to give some feedback to you about the previous and current experience with the home care provided to me. Some of the previous attendants have been lazy and unreliable. We recently asked for a change in the companies contracted out and have had a completely different outcome. Brittany our new caregiver has been consistent, helpful, efficient and continually looking for the next task that will help me. She is both polite and reliable. By far, the best home health care agency in Gaston Co! Bill Osborne and his staff are a team of people who professionally, compassionately, and holistically serves their client well! They embrace the client and their extended family members with passionate concern, dignity, and care. Bill goes out of his way at any time of the day or night to make himself available if a need arises. He is a business owner who is reachable for questions, concerns, and who appreciates suggestions and input from the families they serve. The caregivers sent to us were quality people who genuinely love their jobs. They treated mom respectfully, allowing her to age at home with independence and integrity. Right at Home offers a wonderful patient care service. Not only do they demonstrate love and compassion for the patient, they offer that same care to the care giver.They have provided many useful resources to aid in the overall care of my sister.Every effort was made to not only find the appropriate caregiver, but to also establish a workable scheduled. The caregiver that was selected is dependable but more importantly is caring, loving, and respectful. She goes way beyond my expectations to demonstrate real concern and caring for my sister by reading to her, singing with her, and grooming. I highly recommend Right at Home for those in need of compassionate, dependable care .
