You absolutely have to choose this community over others. Beautiful setting on side of the mountain close to downtown Asheville Transportation create care for assisted living. They also have independent living.

A community such as this that becomes family in later stages of life is important. And Harmony does just that. The Care Team, Dining Team, Housekeeping Team and Management Team provide a safe place of love and understanding for all stages of growing older, while giving them a home to call their own each day that passes.

Harmony's memory care unit was most helpful in a very difficult transition for my sister with Alzheimers disease. Small, lovely and sweet staff.

Mom has flourished since moving in here! And is able to enjoy the Asheville and Reynolds Mountain community. The staff are very caring and there is definitely a family environment. The enrichment activities are fantastic, even through the challenges with our current virus pandemic and all of the health precautions. Safe, comfortable, and caring community!

The apartments are very nice and the residents are very friendly. The employees are very nice . The biggest problem is the food . Most of the food is just ok. Very institutional. Most notably is the chicken which is not edible. Whether it is a grilled chicken breast or even chicken salad. Both are not edible. The food quality has significantly deteriorated after COVID. Also the food service has dropped significantly.I really like this place, but the food quality must improve.

I had attended orientation here recently. Everything was fine until the paperwork process began. The Business Manager had been a little rude, I left feeling looked down on after the process. I didnt feel comfortable sitting in her office because of the looks she gave from the moment she met me. Im sorry but when someone looks at you from your feet to your face it sure makes you feel be-littled 🙁

WOW! This is such a beautiful place. I was not only impressed with the independent apartments but also with assisted living and memory care. The meals are amazing as well. I definitely recommend to all seniors

Highly recommended. Residents are well taken care of. Facilities are clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful as well as caring and gentle. This place just s feels comfortable. It is not your average run of the mill place... Most who come here like it and have few of any complaints. There is a nice dining room and even a movie theater. Food is great! Plenty of space and plenty of attention. Secure and safe. Lots of parking as well.

Our family has been so pleased with our mothers move to The Crossings. She has been very happy since moving there, she has made friends and stays involved in the daily activities. The entire staff at The Crossings are always available when assistance is needed. They have been very welcoming and friendly. We feel we have made the best choice for the care and comfort of our mother. Thank you!5 stars
