We had a very difficult relationship with bright star. I realize it's hard to find qualified help right now, but our situation wasNot what I expected. We were left stranded with no one to take the shifts as promised. The aide they sent to us was very unprofessional. I reached out for help and was left stranded on a weekend with no back up coverage. They said they were going to return and call, but never did.
