Such a great place to work!

Working here was okay to start. Now whenever you need something from the administration, they are always nowhere to be found. Whenever you let them know there was a problem, most of the time you will have to do it yourself because they do not care. The different shifts blame each other for things not being done. They rely on you to work on your days off and hire almost anyone who do not care for the residents as they should. They wait until the last minute to ask you to pull a double because they are poorly staffed. They do not care for the residents but the money. The more dependable they make them out to be the more money they get. The hours are also terrible one week they will work you and the next week you barely work and they expect you to come on your days off.

Job started off okay however management needs to revise. You barely can find the administrator when you need her. They make new rules everyday so you don’t know what to do. Until management staff is revised I wouldn’t recommend anyone working here.

The company has made great and mass improvements since the change of ownership in February of 2019. The residents are so happy to call this their home now, the staff genuinely care, and want the best for all of the residents. I recommend visiting the location now if you havent lately, to see the physical changes as well as the atmosphere changes! You would be surprised.
