Hope at The Springs at Missoula had a group of local professionals over for lunch and a tour of their memory care. I was very impressed with the meal we were served and their memory care unit is very well thought out.

Their staff is so welcoming and special. Would recommend the springs to anyone who is looking at placing their family member in a home that feels like home!

My Mom was in the memory care section for a short time at The Springs. They have the most compassionate staff! Nicole, Zane, Trevor kept me informed of my mom every step of the way and took such extra care of her! Brandi, Hannah, Patrick, Sofi and Candace were exceptional too. Always right on top of things. Mable was right there compassionately with my mom right to the very end reading to her and rubbing her legs as she took her last breath. They have activities for the residents and a hair salon and do manicures for the residents. Our experience was a very good experience! Thank you for taking such great care of my mom in her short time there.

I'm in my second week at The SPRINGS in Missoula Montana. I love my 2 bedroom 2 bath place. I love the food. They have an excellent chef. The STAFF has been so helpful and pleasant and I appreciate each person. They clean my room and make or change my bed as I desire. The courtyard is lovely with lots of mature trees and bushes. The place is CLEAN. There are tons of activities in which to participate. Did I mention the food...yum! It's peaceful in my room. There's more to say ... but I'm off to play Rumikube. Great place. I've known two people who have lived here in Independent Living and they both loved it. Gorgeous common areas. Excellent staff. Tough to eat if you are a vegetarian but this seems to be the case at all retirement places in Montana so far.
