As a current employee i am so happy to be here. I have seen so much of love and dedication to this facility that everyone gives willingly. Im so proud of all my coworkers and for the amount of joy everyone brings to our residents. It's such a privilege to be caring for these residents and hearing their stories.

Our mother has been living at Edgewood Assisted living in Helena for the past several months. We are so pleased with the care she is receiving. She had a recent fall and the manner in which they assessed her and made decisions on her behalf was outstanding. Medical staff continued to check on her hourly through the day and into the evening. We are so thankful for their expertise and the way the staff works as a team. The notes they take and put in her file online are professional and detailed because they shared a lot of it with me. I spent 10 days with Mom to be sure things were good. They were excellent. I was there from 8:30 am- 7 pm each evening. You see a lot in that amount of time. . In that time I ate several meals with all the residents in the dining room. The staff in that department were outstanding as well. I watched them take wonderful care of each individual over and over. Their patience is to be commended. A lot of the residents seem needy at times or complain and the dining staff is always accommodating and kind. Next, I met with the Executive Director a few times in my 10 day stay. Julia Morrow loves all the residents like her own family. She answered all my questions and if she didn't have the answer she sent me to the person who had the answer. Whether it was head of nursing regarding med questions or a rep from Heartland Pharmacy who happened to be on site, regarding a billing question. Everyone is so well trained and knowledgeable. I would also like to mention Serita at the front desk. She greets everyone with a beautiful smile. Serita knows what's going on around there and can point you in the right direction. She hand delivers mail to residents at lunch which is going above and beyond as all residents have private mailboxes. She decorates the entry for every holiday which makes the place festive and cheerful. I finally had to leave to go back home to Texas. My mother suffered from dementia for nine years and it became more difficult to keep her at home. She had a stroke in Dec of 2022 and we were able to get her a room in the memory care unit Edgewood. This was a blessing for not only my mother but for all of our lives. She made friends with the residents, painting their nails and taking field trips. The staff really loved her. She had incredible care. We were welcome any time and with great joy. I loved visiting her and the staff as well as her many resident friends. Edgewood staff understood and loved my mother and, when she turned 100 they had a grand celebration for her including an article in the paper and cake and ice cream. They enriched all our lives and made my mom's last year one of joy and love. Many of the staff attended mom's memorial and are still close to my heart. I can never repay them for their kindness to our family.,

Great facility. Beautiful homey atmosphere. Caring professional staff. They meet the residents were they are at in their aging journey. Residents are treated as valued inviduals with unique needs.would highly recommend exploring what is offererd....Assisted living, memory care, respite care, speech , occupational and physical therapy.

I have worked at Edgewood since we opened, I helped set up the facility to get prepared for our first residents. Since we opened we have done quite the turn around. Being under new management has us making all the changes we need to have and the training we need to achieve these expectations. I am glad I have had the opportunity to help this facility grow in their goals and care for the Edgewood family. The residents absolutely make Edgewood what it has become today! Thanks Edgewood family and much love!!

I am so grateful that my dad is a resident of Edgewood in Helena. He is truly loved by the staff and is happy and well taken care of. Although he has dementia and suffered a stroke recently, he has made a full recovery and is eating on his own, reading, speaking and even has a sense of humor all due to the hard work and tenacity of the staff. They visited him in the hospital and during his stint in rehab so that they could prepare for him to "come home" to Edgewood. If you look on the Edgewood Facebook page you will see all the stimulating social activities and trips around town and beyond that the residents enjoy! My dad is a very welcomed part of the posse! It is also a very comforting thought that they will be likely the ones with him in his final days whenever that comes. In the meantime he lives life to the fullest extent thanks to all the staff at Edgewood...but with special thanks to Julia, Rebecca (both of them), Dessie, and Lisa.
