It is very clean and very good service!

I was a resident here for about 4 months. I loved it here. I am moving to the coast soon and the staff have helped me tremendously. I haven't had a bad experience here at all except with one nurse that no longer works here they handled it very professionally. I've made some life long friends here Highly recommend this place for rehab or long term

I can say the facility is clean and very well maintained! I was there for rehab only. I had a bad experience with one nurse and one or two CNA's.. The nurse had a bad attitude and a poor bedside manner. She tried to make me feel as if I was the problem when it was her job to care for me. The CNA I had an issue with always had an excuse when it came to helping me! She would always take her time and one day it took her 4-5 hours to assist me and then lied and had an attitude with my mother! I can say after speaking to the DON/ADON the issue with both individuals was handled immediately and I had no more problems. 98% of the staff was very friendly and welcoming!
