My first time visiting Ridgeland Place, I felt very welcome. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. Staff was also very pleasant and helpful. The facility is very beautiful, my dad’s room is very nice and clean. I am pleased with everything. Thank you all for taking care my dad.

When we were looking at an assisted living option for my Mom and Dad, Ridgeland Place impressed us immediately. The facility was clean and fresh, and everyone we met was attentive, patient with our questions and needs and approachable. Of course, most facilities will try to impress potential residents, but now that Mom and Dad have been residents for a while, we have found that it wasn't just a show for our benefit; it was genuine. The staff has gone above and beyond to help with every need. Mom and Dad have made new friends and have even been able to share their love of music and singing. Leaving home and moving to a new place is hard, but choosing the right place can make all the difference! Thanks to Lisa and her team, it has been a great experience!

Brookdale Ridgeland has been great for Mom. The spacious accommodations, good food, and great staff have made it the best facility she has ever experienced. She has lived in three other assisted living facilities, and is very happy with Brookdale Ridgeland! Highly recommend it!

We visit my brother, David, in Memory Care. The place is lovely and always very clean. All of the staff Ive ever met are very kind and helpful and work very well with the residents. I can say this after his being at Ridgeland Place for two years. He was in assisted living for 15 months before moving to Memory Care. Were all very pleased with the care David is receiving there.

All the staff are very welcoming. My mother is going to be a new resident at Ridgeland Place and we have toured the facility two times and both times we had a great experience. The place is very clean and everyone is so nice and helpful. Mom and I feel very comfortable with the decision to make this her new home.

The staff, the food and the activities are all great. My Mom really likes it there. Everyone is nice to her. She loves bingo, ice cream socials and sitting out on the front porch! I really like it there too when I visit her.

My mother loves living at The Ridgeland Place! She gets great medical care, enjoys 3 delicious hot meals a day plus fresh fruit, juices, home baked cookies and other goodies in between meals. She especially enjoys playing Bingo and Penny Auction! She tells me often how she loves living there.

My mom has been at Brookdale for five months. We picked Brookdale for several reasons. Deciding on a facility for a parent can be a difficult and stressful time. From the first time I visited Brookdale they made me feel welcome and that the well being of my mother was top priority. All the staff have been very sweet and friendly. They have been quick to answer any questions we have concerning my mothers care. Thank you Brookdale for making this transition a good experience for our family.

My family moved our Mom here 2 years ago. She started out in the living assistant area and now moved to the Demintia unit. This staff has really and truly taken care of our Mom. They even call her Grandma. Thanks Staff of Brookdale Ridgeland for all your help.

Brookdale Ridgeland seems like a good place, and everybody there seems to like everybody. The studio rooms are small but nice. I ate there once, and the food was good. They have a lot of activities for the residents and seem to be doing a good job with that.

I've worked at Brookdale for nearly 2 years. I am blessed to have gotten this job. The staff works closely together and are a very caring group of people. We love our residents and are only interested in their well being. I couldn't ask for a better boss. He cares about his employees as well as the residents. He always lends an ear if we (employees) or residents have a problem. I couldn't be happier.

I have had the opportunity to visit Brookdale Ridgeland on several different occasions and to also to be a part of their monthly family nights. I am always greeted with a smile. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly.

The staff at Brookdale Ridgeland was very nice to us during our visit to the community. Its small but very nice. I saw two very nice, unfurnished rooms. I was hoping to get my father in.

I really liked Brookdale Ridgeland. They had a very homey feel to it. Everything about it I really liked, and I liked the lady who was running the place. She seemed to sincerely care about the people who lived there. She showed me a bunch of different things that they did to bring everybody together, and most of the people who stayed there seemed pretty happy.

We chose Brookdale Ridgeland (Formerly Emeritus at Ridgeland Pointe) because of the cost of the facility, the atmosphere, the size of the rooms, and the quality of service. The staff is great. The experience is great. There are different activities, and the staff is caring and pays attention.

The Emeritus at Ridgeland Pointe was very nice and they are like family there. The rooms that I saw were okay. I did not have lunch there, but they wanted me to come back and have lunch. The dining area was a large open space with tables and all. Just having that one visit, I'd have to say I had a very good impression of this place. It was just like a big happy family, so I think that was what stood out for this facility.

The staff at Emeritus Ridgeland Pointe was outstanding. They were very nice and accommodating. I chose them because they were more focused on what I really wanted and needed for my parents. They followed up like they said they would. They were very professional, and they seem to be very flexible in working with my budget. We got a really nice 2-bedroom overlooking a courtyard. I was very impressed with the transportation they have for my parents, taking them to the Walmart or to doctor's appointments. They serve three meals a day, they have housekeeping and, once a week, laundry. I like the activities, and they have one activity that my dad really likes. He calls it the Romeo Club, where real old men eat out. So they take them out once a month to go to a little café or restaurant. It could be a plus if they could maybe have a newsletter or send an email out to the family. A lot of times for me to find out what's really going on day-to-day, I have to go to billing or call them. Sometimes it can be challenging due to my work schedule. So it would be nice if I had an email or newsletter that kind of pops up and gives me some information.

My mother was at Emeritus at Ridgeland Pointe. I like the looks of it. It was also in my mother's price range. The environment was good. The facilities were fine. All the staff that I met was very nice and friendly. However, when my mother's health deteriorated and she needed more care, they didn't have the staff to take care of her needs. They had plenty of activities. Unfortunately, Mother wouldn't be able to take part in them. As to food, sometimes it was good and sometimes not so good. I had many complaints from my mother regarding food.

My aunt has lived at Ridgeland Pointe for around a year and she is very happy. She always says how she never wanted to live at one but Ridgeland Pointe gives her a chance to feel like she is at home and be free.
