Ridgeland Place is a special place with amazing, professional staff. My family member was unable to remain at home due to health issues. My mother has been at Ridgeland Place for about 5 months and it’s the best place we could have found for her. The quality of living is balanced just right with the level of care she needs, and she has really enjoyed making new friends and being involved in the activities provided. She’s so healthy and is enjoying life there. The staff are amazing; they are always ready to help or answer questions, and they do so with smiles on their faces and kindness in their hearts. The food is delicious and the facility clean and attractive. We can’t say enough good things about Ridgeland Place!

My 86 year old father has been in Ridgeland Place for over a year and he loves it! When he compares it to the home, he left he says there is no comparison. when my father and I went to visit Ridgeland Place, I was at once struck, but it’s appearance! The Large covered porch is so Inviting ! A great place to sit And enjoy the day.. The Living room or reception area was beautiful. With an open to story view and comfortable sitting chairs with a large fireplace! But more than being just attractive, the staff and Administrators are friendly, helpful, and responsive The activities Our friendly, helpful . The activities Director works diligently to provide stimulation and entertainment. There is a van that provides transportation to and from doctor appointments And sometimes the fun outings. My father and I are glad we found Ridgeland Place!

When we were looking at an assisted living option for my Mom and Dad, Ridgeland Place impressed us immediately. The facility was clean and fresh, and everyone we met was attentive, patient with our questions and needs and approachable. Of course, most facilities will try to impress potential residents, but now that Mom and Dad have been residents for a while, we have found that it wasn't just a show for our benefit; it was genuine. The staff has gone above and beyond to help with every need. Mom and Dad have made new friends and have even been able to share their love of music and singing. Leaving home and moving to a new place is hard, but choosing the right place can make all the difference! Thanks to Lisa and her team, it has been a great experience!

Brookdale Ridgeland has been great for Mom. The spacious accommodations, good food, and great staff have made it the best facility she has ever experienced. She has lived in three other assisted living facilities, and is very happy with Brookdale Ridgeland! Highly recommend it!

All the staff are very welcoming. My mother is going to be a new resident at Ridgeland Place and we have toured the facility two times and both times we had a great experience. The place is very clean and everyone is so nice and helpful. Mom and I feel very comfortable with the decision to make this her new home.

We visit my brother, David, in Memory Care. The place is lovely and always very clean. All of the staff I’ve ever met are very kind and helpful and work very well with the residents. I can say this after his being at Ridgeland Place for two years. He was in assisted living for 15 months before moving to Memory Care. We’re all very pleased with the care David is receiving there.

Everyone is so friendly! The community is clean, staff are so loving, the food is wonderful, and I left there having my questions answered giving me piece of mind. Ridgeland Place is my final choice for my loved one!

The facility is clean. However, some of the staff does NOT care at all about your loved one. They do NOT render all services charged for or promised. They will do things without your consent. They do NOT ensure residents eat. They DO get insulted when you say anything to them about it.

My mom has been at Brookdale for five months. We picked Brookdale for several reasons. Deciding on a facility for a parent can be a difficult and stressful time. From the first time I visited Brookdale they made me feel welcome and that the well being of my mother was top priority. All the staff have been very sweet and friendly. They have been quick to answer any questions we have concerning my mothers care. Thank you Brookdale for making this transition a good experience for our family.

My family moved our Mom here 2 years ago. She started out in the living assistant area and now moved to the Demintia unit. This staff has really and truly taken care of our Mom. They even call her Grandma. Thanks Staff of Brookdale Ridgeland for all your help.
