We needed to find a senior living facility for a family member. Timing was an issue for us since we live in another state. The management and other staff went above and beyond in their efforts to assure our family member would be able to move in quickly. They even helped us by donating a bed for her room so she would be comfortable on the first night, while we worked on relocating the rest of her belongings. She has settled in and is quite content. Great customer service!

We recently placed a loved one there and have had nothing but positive experiences. All members to include management, nursing, cleaning, and dining facility staff have all been a pleasure to work with. Our family member is also pleased and enjoys the other residents. The facility was a perfect fit for our situation.

My father really enjoys living at Truewood in OS. The people (both residents and staff) are friendly and caring. He was recently hospitalized and couldn’t wait to get back. Thanks Truewood for making my dad feel so welcomed.

The Gardens is such a loving community. Everyone is family & they welcome new people so well. Transitioning from a home to assisted living is hard and a big change for everyone, but the gardens makes it easy. Also, the prices are affordable and worth it. The staff is very nice and they go out of their way to help. Would definitely recommend.

Ive personally witnessed the activities being conducted at The Gardens and have found them to exceptionally organized and well demonstrated. The residents have told me on more than one occasion how they love the activities and Activity Director. In particular, a holiday party was thrown for residents and their families-a massive turn out with live music, a large array of foods, fun projects, and upbeat attitudes. Would recommend this facility solely based on the activities alone!

Made us feel welcome from the first day. Entry process was easy, everything was explained and I was assured they could answer any questions any time. Administration and Staff were exceptional and easily accessible. I feel comfortable having my wife at this facility.

My dad has been living at The Gardens for over two years. I have felt so safe with him there. The staff is very personable and caring. They have been extremely patient with him when he isnt so pleasant to deal with. They are very good at keeping in contact with the family, and having activities to include us.

The staff is wonderful. Jody Stoddard, the Executive Director, goes above and beyond to make sure residents get the care and attention they need. And they are Johnny on the spot should a medical need arise as the hospital is just across the street.

My family and I have enjoyed visiting Mother at the Gardens and getting acquainted with all of the staff and administration. We have had a wonderful experience and my Mom has made many friends. The care and attention that she receives is assuring and we always feel welcome.
