The staff at Brookdale Meridian was a God send. They made the adjustment and transition for my mother with easy and care. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that my mothers need have been taken care of, and focusing on her strengths to keep her as health and fit. I love the staff at Brookdale and would recommend to anyone that this is the place that ensures that the residents are well take care of. Stephanie H. has done a fantastic job in making the transition for my mother easy and gone above and beyond to show that she cares.

Brookdale has been a blessing for me and my mom. She is happy and well cared for. I know that if there is anything i need to know, they will call me. They treat us both like family members and I love that we are part of a community that treats the whole family.

Both my mom and sister are living at Brookdale. The staff is very friendly and caring. They go above and beyond to look after the residents. It gives me comfort to know they are in good hands.

Games every day. From management.... not in activity time. Across the board Collusion numerous problems related to onsite management. I left.........have many friends there....residents and lower level staff, including nursing, resident assistants, cooks. Etc. Plan to go back to visit them now that management changes have been made.

One star lost due to roach infestation in the apartments. Yes, roaches. Doesnt look like they are exterminating properly. One star lost due to administrative game playing by someone who acts they are a lawyer and picks things to nitpick that make no sense. Otherwise, the rest of staff are friendly and caring and facility seems comfortable and easy for seniors to navigate. We had lunch there and it was pretty good also.

Would recommend Brookdale for anyone looking for assisted living or memory care for their loved one. The assistants are very attentive to resident needs and are always looking for opportunities to improve the quality of life for all who live there. My mother has really enjoyed using the different activity centers including the pool table room, piano /music room, card table/meeting room and physical fitness area. She also enjoys the bus trip outings to Bonita Lakes. Something for everyone here!!

Great retirement community with a staff that genuinely loves and cares for the residents! Lots of activities and an awesome pool table for the guys or gals! Comfortable front porch for those who just want to relax!

My parents were very welcomed here by the staff, especially Janie Brown. The normal uncertainties of starting a new chapter in senior living was met with enthusiasm by the residents as well as encouragement from the nursing team. After my father passed, my mother has found a loving and accepting community of family that she dearly treasures. Im so glad Brookdale here for my family.
