Our mom has adjusted very well in the memory care unit which is a blessing for our family. The activities director plans lots of fun activities for the residents and the food always looks and smells so good. When you walk in the facility it is always clean and smells amazing.

Mom has been here a couple of years. Very pleasant staff and Brandi is awesome. So caring and accommodating and she runs things correctly. Everyone is very accessible and Nursing staff always calls if any issue comes up and very caring. Physical therapy on location has improved her mobility and been a blessing. My parents were the first two residents to move in when the Claiborne opened. It was there for 9 years, and my siblings and I could not have been more thrilled! The entire Claiborne staff became family, and my parents loved them, because they treated them and us as family. Mom and Dad were safe, well-cared for, and treated like a king and queen. Over the 9 years my parents lived there, the staff treated every resident like that. I am forever grateful to the Claiborne for creating a home for my parents!

Last November, my cousin was admitted to Southwest MS Regional Medical Center. He remained there until the hospital said they could not do anything else for him. We knew he couldn’t go home and be alone so I contacted several facilities and ended up going to The Claiborne where I spoke with Shelby and Director White. They were so pleasant and empathetic to the needs of our love one. They quickly responded to our needs of providing a place for our love one. After moving in our love one, he was treated with the utmost respect and dignity until his passing several months later. The staff was so professional, yet caring in attending to his needs. The facility is always clean and provides that home feel you want your love ones to experience. Thank you Claiborne family for all your help, love and support you showed our family.

We were very well received by everyone and they made our Mom feel welcomed and us children also. The only thing that we wished would have happen was maybe someone could have come and showed us around and come to her room and discuss the particulars of our Mom’s routine. Wonderful facility, better people The environment at the Claiborne is full of life. What truly sets them apart is the staff- from admin to housekeeping. I have visited countless facilities in the past and this is one of only a few places I would allow my own mother to be. The Claiborne offer many services such as assistance with personal care; help with medications, housekeeping, and laundry; 24-hour supervision, security, and on-site staff; and social and recreational activities. Regardless of the circumstances or problem, the staff will go above and beyond to assist the residence !! For the simple things as my mother not finding a charger , they will look for it with her while charging it at the desk . If the staff thinks something is not right , they will reach out to family . If I have questions I do not hesitate to call and they will answer them or see to it that the problem is resolved …. We moved a family member from across the country into The Claiborne. The staff has been so patient in helping her adjust. Whenever I need ANYTHING, they are helpful and kind. I have had several issues that they have helped me work through. I am across the country as well, so there have been several times that I have needed help and guidance with doctors, therapy, the vet, and some legal issues. They do it all! Brandy has especially been Super Woman for me! The past two years have been challenging, and she has been a huge help. I was able to visit The Claiborne last month (I had never been there before) and honestly, I was amazed at how beautiful, open, and clean it is! All the staff that I encountered was kind. Thank you Claiborne staff for making a very challenging situation better. I sleep better at night knowing our loved one is in your hands!

I cannot say thank you enough to the administration & staff for the wonderful way they love and care for my parents! The support & advice they have given to our family has been such a great comfort during this emotional time of transition. We are very blessed to have such a safe, clean environment for the elderly in this community.

Briana Andrews in the Concierge position does an incredible job. While fielding dozens & and dozens of phone calls all day long, she keep track of requests from the families as well as monitoring the clients as they go about their daily business. If I need to know how my family member is doing, Briana is always my best source, the "ears & eyes" for those of us who live farther away. Briana is thoughtful & tactful - I swear, in her next life, she could be a diplomat - but, in the meantime, we are so lucky to have her at The Claiborne at McComb.

Beautiful facility! Staff at The Claiborne are caring, friendly, and go out of their way to make it feel like home. The church I attend was allowed to come in and perform a puppet show for the residents (preCovid). The residents were so excited to see the children and that made our children feel special.

We were looking for a Assisted Living facility in the McComb area for my Mom. (Since we were new to the area, we were clueless where to start. The first stop was at the Claiborne at McComb. After we finished touring the Claiborne, my Mom said “Well, this is it, this is where I want to be. It feels like home”. Almost two years later, there is no regrets. They kept her safe and well through the COVID pandemic. I am so thankful for each and every person there that has given me peace of mind.

This facility is absolutely stunning. It's clean, beautiful with nice gardens, courtyards and fountains. The employees are compassionate, caring and very professional. I have relatives that live there and I'm inside several times a week with my job. The residents are happy and well cared for. They also offer several activities daily as well as field trips and lots of good food, too! More importantly, however, is having the assurance that your loved ones are safe, secure, loved, and respected.

It is always a pleasure to go through the doors at the Claiborne. You are greeted by a smiling, friendly staffer with welcoming words. Then, the residents are happy to see others come in greeting those of us entering. I have grown to love the residents that I see professionally as well as others. Most importantly is the management. They are tops with their friendly and caring mannerism while just being down to earth people who takes time with their residents, families, and others that come in. Each one is made to feel loved and very important. It is very impressive that all residents know them by name, face, or both and states "she is so nice."
