The Pinnacle of Greenville is highly recommended by our family. My mother was there 26 month prior to her passing this month. When I toured the facility one of the first things i noticed is that no one seemed unhappy. The were always very kind to her and all of the residents there. The biggest thing that stood out when we were deciding where my mother would be taken care of was the amount of staff. The Pinnacle by far had the largest staff of caregivers we found anywhere. They not only had more nurses but nursing assistants also. The administrative staff was always very helpful and accommodating and very much so in her last days. There is no way to express our appreciation and gratitude to all the people at the Pinnacle.

Ive been working for The Pinnacle Of Greenville for 17 yrs. We have a wonderful staff. Our staffers go above and beyond for the residents. The staffers greet residents and visitors with a smile .. The food there is awesome!! Plentiful and Meaningful activities are offered to keep the residents happy. The building is clean and has a great housekeeper and maintenance man.. I love it here!!!

if you have a older person that you love and she or he have trouble living at home alone your in luck .pinnacle will take the worry away for you excutive director diane kelly and nursing director april and there staff are unbelievable so kind and loving they take such good care of my grandmother there like family to me

Caring
You can put you own stuff there. Grandmother has a single room apartment with a bath and shower. The care is very nice, theyre doing a great job. The dining room is good and they serve three meals a day. She is fine with the food. The place is very clean; they vacuum, they wash in and clean the bathroom. They do bingo, crafts, exercises, they have an activity room, a fun room and they go out to Walmart for shopping, and they take you to the doctors on Tuesdays.

I liked everything about it. Their rooms are spacious for their needs. I didn't eat there but it seemed that the residents enjoyed the food. They have lots of activities there. I was actually there with a friend who was there to play her harp as an entertainment for the residents.
