I was definitely not happy when I first came to Brandon Court, but that was because I didn't have any say in the decision, had my car taken away, etc. etc. etc. BUT after about a month, I realized I really needed what I was getting. The physical therapy department here is not only the best in Brandon according to the voting held recently, but in my opinion is the best anywhere. They are a TEAM, and work together to get their patients results. I came in in a wheelchair and am now walking withe a cane or without one! The staff is incredible, friendly, and hardworking. I love everything here. I will admit that the food isn't always good, but then I usually eat it anyhow so have gained all the weight I had lost back so the food must be pretty good!!! I'm SO glad my boys put me here now!

I have nothing but good things to say about the experience we had at Brandon Court while my mom was there getting therapy. My mom Christal S was in the hospital for almost a month before going to Brandon Court for fluid build up and really bad back and leg pain-and while there got put on dialysis. While there not one person ever asked my mom what did her pain feel like they just wanted to know a level and they took X-rays. But it wasn’t til we got to Brandon Court and Lyric moms nurse in the afternoon/evening finally asked mom what her pain felt like that. From that conversation it was determined mom has neuropathy. Got her on meds and she is feeling so much better on that part. Mom absolutely loved her morning nurse Sidney, her daytime CNAs Tomeka, BeBe and her evening nurse Lyric and CNA Gary, her nurse Stephanie on the weekends and CNA Sarah. And she loved the therapy guys Paul and Fredrick and their staff. But if it wasn’t for Lyric idk if mom’s pain would have ever gotten better so she could even do therapy. And Lyric is very knowledgeable on dialysis patients so I was able to ask her questions. Mom was home a week yesterday and Alexis(social worker) from Brandon Court called to check on my mom”hospitals don’t even do that. But that phone call made me feel so good-like they do actually care about their residents.

The nursing staff was great to my loved one. HOWEVER, they misplace your loved one’s items and act as if it’s at no fault of their own. Please do not take anything of value for your loved one up there because other residents will have the items and no one will even make an effort to locate them!

I moved my aunt from a LTC facility in my hometown of Hattiesburg up to Brandon Court so she could be closer to me. The administration here is absolutely phenomenal!! When I call, when I visit, when I email, I have always received the most professional interactions with the administration. I made the right choice by moving my aunt here! Highly recommended.

I think if I could give this place negative stars I would, but I'm going to give the food staff, therapists and doctor 2 stars. My dad was treated like absolute garbage by nurses and certain night staff. You would think in these kind of places, they would promote healing and love but there is none here. I was treated poorly even as a family member. Never again! Not to mention my family member almost has to beg for his medication in the evening and early morning. Do better. Not sure how this place hasn't been sued yet. I've also witnessed staff treating patients horribly in the hallways.

I made an impromptu stop at Brandon Court unannounced. I hoped to get information on items my husband needed to bring on Monday as he transferred from St. Dominics. I got so much more!!! He will be going for remedial rehab short term. Brian personally escorted me to the admissions office and introduced me to Kristy who had been working on Don’s packet. The process could not have been smoother!!! We are looking forward to a rewarding time at Brandon Court Rehab.

What a blessing Brandon Court is! I would not hesitate to place a loved one here. I’ve been here daily to sit with my mother and have been so impressed with the loving way the staff interacts with the patients. The staff is very competent and quick to help with a smile. We have encountered so many precious individuals - Cliff & Gary who work nights, Alexis who helps with anything you may need, and Stephanie, an LPN who went above and beyond to assist. It’s evident that those who work here truly care. I am thankful that we have a place such as Brandon Court in our community.

This is only my wife's second day but the staff has been wonderful.

They ignored us when we told them he needed to be tested for a UTI and waited until he was so bad he had to go to the hospital. It just really sucks that he's back in the hospital because no one listened. It could have been treated with oral antibiotics but now he's on an IV.

I was thrilled and excited about Dad's future, once I met his PT nurse Alli, his night nurse Gary, his social worker Alexis, and his RN Veronica andhisspeechtherapist. . They wasted no time getting him moving his limbs and working with his limited coherent speech. I am very impressed, and thank Our Father in Heaven for working it out for Dad to be placed in Brandon Court, rather than anywhere else. Please keep up the great work. My family members are definitely fans of yours. I look forward to constant progress in Dad's health and fitness.

My family and I chose Brandon Court for my mom short term rehab stay and boy I’m elated that we did. From the very first interactions with admissions to meeting the social worker, nurses, aides, and therapy team everyone was very inviting and professional. The overall building is clean and smell free. My mom boast on a daily of how good the food is. Staff is friendly and assist with all her needs. Hearing my mother speak highly of the staff and the treatment progress has put my mind at ease of worries. I can finally breathe a sigh of relief that she is receiving the care that she needs. Housekeeping is exceptional always on time. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone!! We are definitely SATISFIED!! THANKS FOR TAKING TIME TO HANDPICK ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES

Nurse staff was great as was treatment but upon discharge social worker fail to do her job as to complete vendor orders for supplies 5 days after my wife came she back in hospital she was sent Brando ct for rehab never got much stay in bed whole time causing aspiration never go Brando ct again 5 days after putin icu they had her sit up in bed 20 day in brandon ct never did
