My father loves living at Brookdale! We have no complaints at all. Kelli is wonderful! She knows every resident by name and loves them all. The entire staff is always is always friendly and helpful, and they always have a smile. There are also a lot of activities and events, and he has a lot of friends. I don't worry about him anymore, but if something does happen, they notify me immediately. I am so glad my father and I choose Brookdale!

I am a resident of the Biloxi Brookdale location. When I walk (roll) down the hallways, I noticed that the temperatures are not consistent. It goes from hot to cold to warm to cool. Also, each day the temperature in the same area changes, but still goes from hot to cold, etc. Sometimes it feels muggy like a humid day. Why is that and what can you do about it? I have on multiple occasions, mentioned it to the Executive Director, Health and Welfare Director, Business Director, and Engineer Director (Maintenance) and constantly recieve the same answer which seems to be the Brookdale mantra "We're looking into it" or "We're working on it". I've been here almost a year and a half, that is an awful of looking and working on it with no results.

Our 89 year old Mother who has dementia has now been living at Brookdale Biloxi for over a year. It has been a wonderful safe positive environment for her. The new staff ( as of end of 2022) has made significant improvements & is highly professional, plus always has the residents as their #1 priority. We just celebrated Mom's 90th Birthday at the facility & the staff insured it was an awesome party.

The resident council at Brookdale Biloxi is very involved and works hard to ensure their opinions are heard and matter. Great associates who work hard and care for the residents. Overall a wonderful place to live!

My mom is here and she loved it. They take great care of her and she has made great friends as well. They also take our questions and concerns to heart and correct or implement them quickly. In these days of COVID and its ever changing landscape, a corporate group like Brookdale is a real bonus and we give our highest recommendation and know your loved one will enjoy the atmosphere as well.

My dad is hard to please, but he has adjusted very nicely at Brookdale thanks to their friendly staff and excellent food. There is no better feeling than knowing your loved one is in a safe environment with people who truly care about them. Their open door policy makes me feel confident in their care for him and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Mom has been an assisted living resident of Brookdale Biloxi for going on two years now, and our family and she could not be happier to have found such a caring and companionate community. Staff and management are professional and have performed at an exceptional level and were successful at keeping COVID-19 out of the community until late in 2020, and for that we are all very grateful. Mom has used words such as marvelous and wonderful to let us know how much she likes it. She really likes the way the in-community beautician fixes her hair, and she enjoys the food too! She has become more engaged and more active by taking advantage of all the activities the staff plans for the residents. If you have a family member, extended family member, or friend that needs living assistance, I highly recommend Brookdale.

I am an employee and enjoy each day I am able to make a difference in our residents lives. We have an amazing staff with wonderful caring associates who treat the residents as if they were members of their own family. We are also fortunate to have a knowledgeable and experienced nursing staff who each day exemplify what nursing is all about - providing care and a healing touch! Our dining services make sure our residents are given delicious and nutritious meals and our residents have many choices in activities which range from trivia, auctions, book club and exercise programs.

I love A Place For Mom services, it is wonderful and terrific. The advisor was very attentive and helpful by following up with calls while not being bothersome and I felt like she had my best interests at heart. On the tour with the community I felt they were not the best fit. It is a nice community with nice people.
