More than six months later and I can honestly say the care, communication, and compassion are just as exceptional as they were from our very first tour. The staff truly pours their hearts into these residents and loves them like family. They celebrate the little moments, offer comfort during the hard ones, and treat every resident with genuine respect and kindness. Our loved one isn’t just cared for, they’re genuinely known and loved. Brookdale Biloxi has never felt like a facility. It has always felt like home, and knowing our loved one is surrounded by people who truly care means everything to our family. We are incredibly grateful every single day.

Placing our Mom in an assisted living facility was the last thing we ever dreamed we would have to do but after a recent dementia diagnosis, and the loss of driving privileges combined with psychosis brought on by infectionwe found ourselves incapable of managing her care and safety. This is a heart wrenching predicament when you love, respect and honor your parent and not something I would wish on anybody. Nonetheless the I would never became the I have no choice. The staff at Brookdale has been remarkable making sure both the family and most importantly our Mom has a sense of community and belonging. She has continued to improve everyday and they have done a fantastic job of keeping her engaged in activities and adhering to a sustainable routine. The facility is clean and well kept.the staff is passionate about their profession and their patients care and we are truly grateful we found a place that we feel comfortable walking away from at the end of each visit knowing she will be okay in our absence . They have been very accomodating with our visitation schedules and everyone has been terrific! If you find yourself with a loved one that you cherish more than liferest assured this place has been top notch for our family. We are 3 (perhaps) overly protective daughters of the most important person in our lives. It’s never easy, sometimes necessary and always gut wrenching.but Brookdale and their staff have substantially eased the emotional roller coaster for all of us!

My 90-year-old father moved into this facility in mid-May. He was struggling with his health and I was overwhelmed with his daily needs. He is now thriving and seems 15 years younger. This transformation has taken place in only one month. It is because he feels safe, comfortable, and welcome. He is a "neat freak" and the community meets his high standards. The medical team ensures he has the best of care. He is enjoying the delicious meals provided. Every single staff member has treated him like family and the other residents have befriended him. Brookdale Biloxi has earned the highest rating from me, my father and our family.

Our family was so cautious and skeptical about moving our loved one into Memory Care. But wr had reached the point that caring for him at home just wasn't possible anymore. We chose Brookdale because it was more affordable and we were impressed when we toured the facility. Now we are so happy we made this choice. He has been at Brookdale for a few months now and has adjusted well and seems happy and comfortable. The staff have been wonderful about communicating with us about cognitive changes and physical issues that they're addressing.

The Secretary in the Front Kellye is so Friendly, Kind, Caring and Helpful and there are several LPN's that are amazing (don't want to mention names because I don't want any other company to try and recruit them..ha..). also there are a couple of Care Partners that are very caring and observant and responsive for the residents there...My mother is in Memory Care. The phones are a challenge to get through to someone sometimes (mostly at night but during the day as well)...goes to recorder/automative answering message. I'm grateful that they allow cameras in the rooms (single occupancy under certain circumstances). Thank you Brookdale..

We were worried about finding the right place for our dad to receive the care he needs, but are so happy he is at Brookdale in Biloxi. The nurses and staff in memory care are especially wonderful. They put the needs of their residents first and provide a calm and caring environment. Our dad can be difficult and stubborn so we were worried about how he would do in this setting, but he trusts the staff and they're great with him.

My Father recently moved in to Brookdale Biloxi and I think we finally found his 2nd home. We were and are being treated with open arms. The staff and especially Deanna have been like family. Deanna helped us move in, got us situated, and has been there for my Dad ever since. I feel comfortable with him being taken care of at Brookdale and actually see him light up when staff are interacting with him. After experiencing a few physical therapy and care facilities, Brookdale far exceeds anything our family expected.

I stopped by today after my Penny auction. As a placement agency owner, I regularly visit assisted living communities to stay familiar with options for families. I am a resident of the Biloxi Brookdale location. When I walk (roll) down the hallways, I noticed that the temperatures are not consistent. It goes from hot to cold to warm to cool. Also, each day the temperature in the same area changes, but still goes from hot to cold, etc. Sometimes it feels muggy like a humid day. Why is that and what can you do about it? I have on multiple occasions, mentioned it to the Executive Director, Health and Welfare Director, Business Director, and Engineer Director (Maintenance) and constantly recieve the same answer which seems to be the Brookdale mantra "We're looking into it" or "We're working on it". I've been here almost a year and a half, that is an awful of looking and working on it with no results.

My mother in law spent her final months here in the memory care ward. The nurses and staff were amazing and took great care of her and my father in law. You could tell that the nurses loved what they do and took pride in their work.

Our 89 year old Mother who has dementia has now been living at Brookdale Biloxi for over a year. It has been a wonderful safe positive environment for her. The new staff ( as of end of 2022) has made significant improvements & is highly professional, plus always has the residents as their #1 priority. We just celebrated Mom's 90th Birthday at the facility & the staff insured it was an awesome party.

My dad is hard to please, but he has adjusted very nicely at Brookdale thanks to their friendly staff and excellent food. There is no better feeling than knowing your loved one is in a safe environment with people who truly care about them. Their open door policy makes me feel confident in their care for him and I couldn’t be more pleased.

My mom is here and she loved it. They take great care of her and she has made great friends as well. They also take our questions and concerns to heart and correct or implement them quickly. In these days of COVID and its ever changing landscape, a corporate group like Brookdale is a real bonus and we give our highest recommendation and know your loved one will enjoy the atmosphere as well.
