Our family had the best experience at Twin Oaks. The staff is wonderful and take such pride in their work. They became like family to us. This is a wonderful community. My mother enjoyed her time there both on the independent and assisted side. She made lots of new friends from the residents to the staff. With this being a family run business, the love and compassion is endless. And that's what sets them apart from other communities. A rare gem!!!

Twin Oaks Heritage Point was where my mom called home for the last 10 years! She started in independent living and moved over to assisted living after many years. She called Twin Oaks her home for 10 years! She enjoyed all the activities that were offered. She went on field trips that were enjoyable and appropriate. She ate better food while living there than she ever had when she lived on her own. Nutritious, excellent tasting, good variety and served with a giant heart and smile from the employees and were shared with good friends. She was able to get her hair done right down the hall from her room which was so convenient for her and her family! She attended church services in the T.O. van and also in the facility itself. Each and every employee that works there treated my mom like family. I often asked the owners how do they get such great employees and maintain them for so long? It was really nice to have the employees stay long in their positions so they got to know my mom. They treated her with compassion, kindness, generosity, and love. The facility was always immaculately cleaned and decorated so tastefully. The holiday decorations were perfect! Getting everyone in the mood for a party! My mom lived in multiple rooms as she progressed. So I can attest for two bedroom independent apartments, one bedroom assisted living apartments and one room assisted living area - ALL were perfect for the stage my mom was in at the time. The cleaning staff, nursing staff, cafeteria staff, administration - I honestly mean EVERYONE was a pleasure to work with who treated my mom as their own mother I felt. The communication with administration and nursing staff was also very good too. They kept us informed every step of the way - good or bad - as to what was happening with my mom. I come from a family of six siblings and I can attest that T.O. worked very well with all of us. Holding meetings where we could all attend. Calling all of us. Listening to all of us. Advising all of us. I'm sorry to say my mom passed away in early January. We miss Twin Oaks! I would 100 % recommend T.O. to anyone interested. I'd like to be a resident one day myself!

My mom moved into Twin Oaks Assisted Living Community in Wentzville about 16 months ago and is so happy with the new friends she has made. She loves the activities & really has increased her endurance with all the walking! I am so thankful for the loving & caring home-like setting & wonderful staff!

My mom has lived at Twin Oaks for over 2 years. They have taken such great care of her. She has had some medical issues and the staff has taken wonderful care of her and in addition I feel that they truly care about her (and us). It was a hard decision initially to move her from her home but I could not ask for a better place to look after her. They not only take excellent care of her but they make time for fun and activities. There is something to do everyday- it is such a welcoming and inviting place.

My mom has been a resident of Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe for four years and we could not be any happier! We, my five siblings and myself, have total trust and confidence in the staff at Twin Oaks on every level of care. We always say that our mom is treated like a QUEEN there! When I walk in to visit her, every single employee greets me so kindly and gives their full attention to any needs. And my mother is treated equally with so much attentiveness, friendliness, and respect. We joke with my mom about how her social life is better than all of ours, as she is always so busy with all the activities and outings that are offered at Twin Oaks. She has made many friends in the other residents, and with staff members. Her favorite activities are Java Music, Bible Study, Armchair Travel, and playing games such as Scrabble with other residents. She also enjoys watching STL Cardinal games together with other residents, as well as movies in the theater, and she never misses "Happy Hour"! She has enjoyed trips to Branson, local restaurants, Pierre Marquette, Stages Theater, and the Blue Owl Restaurant in Kimmswick just to name a few. She frequently takes the shuttle bus to church which is very convenient. She enjoys the food and loves the residents meetings that are held every month. Our extended family enjoys many holidays at Twin Oaks with "Grandma" and "Great Grandma" such as the stupendous 4th of July celebration, Fall Festival, and Christmas Open House. It has become a tradition in our family to attend these events and we all have a blast! I cannot say enough good things about Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe!

We highly recommend Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe! Our family member's experience is in the Independent Living area. Everyone including the residents are always friendly and helpful. The social calendar is packed with a wide variety of activities you can choose to attend. The apartments are spotless, very spacious and up to date. The staff is always willing to help with a friendly smile. You can rest assured that your loved one is well taken care of here. Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe is the BEST senior living facility you will find!

Twin Oaks will forever be like family. My grandmother had some of the best years of her life here and its thanks to the amazing staff, residence, and programs. Twin Oaks kept her young and full of life!! I cant thank everyone enough for all they did for her while she was there!! I am so glad that you do what you do each day for our amazing seniors!!
