Oak Pointe of Washington is a beautiful facility! Everything from the artwork to the furnishings to the landscaping shows impeccable taste and attention to detail. I was there for two of the residents' anniversary party; the entire staff was so welcoming! You could tell they loved their jobs, which was so nice to see. If you're searching for a beautiful retirement home with superb amenities and a stellar staff look no further. This senior living community has it all.

Should switch the name to joke point cause that's what this place is a joke! They don't care about the residents and the staff doesn't either they only care about the money and them residents pay way to much money for them to be lied to and not taken care they are not LGBTQ friendly so if your gay don't go there they will discriminate against you so bad and treat you like shit

I cannot say enough about the facility, personnel and Nursing staff at Oak Point of Washington. We recently move my Mother into the Memory Care wing. The staff is very accommodating due to my Mothers dementia related issues. And my Mother appears to enjoy living there! Always smiling whenever we Facetime or have occasional visits on the back patio (due to our COVID environment). Thank you, - The Buel Family

This is the friendliest staff and so very attentive, making you feel like your loved ones are well cared for. There are plenty of activities to keep them busy if that is what they choose. The administrative staff has gone above and beyond to help us out. Shout out to Casey and David. Wonderful people as well as the rest of the staff.

The staff and facility at Oak Pointe of Washington are GREAT! When looking for an assisted living facility for my parents, we visited several in Washington as well as West St. Louis County, and the Oak Pointe experience is by far the best. My mom is in the memory care unit and is doing well and gets fantastic care from the staff. An added benefit to Oak Pointe of Washington is their partnership with Barnes Healthcare Management. Whenever my mom has needed to see a medical professional, she does not need to leave the facility. Due to an accident in transition to Oak Pointe of Washington, my dad has not been able to move in yet. The staff has set up phone calls and Facetime calls so he and mom can talk and see each other.

The Oak Pointe staff has been incredible to my mother and our family. Theyve gone above and beyond to accommodate some very exceptional requests. And, most importantly, theyve been outstanding caretakers of my mother. I very much appreciate the Oak Pointe team.
