I recently took a tour of Tower Grove Manor as I am looking for a place for my mother. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The building is beautiful with a lot of its original charm and character. I looked at an efficiency and also 1 bedroom. The rooms were very nice in size, even the efficiency felt very spacious. I love that my mom is able to bring her dog with her and there is a little dog park on the side of the building! My mom also loves to take walks so being across the street from Tower Grove Manor is great, and they offer group walks twice a week when the weather permits. I think my mother will really love it here!

My mother lives in Tower Grove Manor Apartments. I love that the building is so close to EVERYTHING she needs. There is a grocery and dollar store next door, restaurants all around her, beautiful park across the street and the Grand just keeps adding points of interest that we love. Tower Grove Manor itself is beautiful. From the historic entrance with marble floors and tiled ceiling, to the large community sitting areas, the dog park on site, the beautiful courtyard and its lovely dining room, there isnt anything she needs that isnt close! Theres even a free gym onsite, and she has access to a personal training by the Tower Grove Manor Director how is a certified Occupational therapy assistant. I feel this is so important, because Mom stays more independent in her apartment and she keeps her current good health and mobility. The apartment is lovely, and roomy. Anytime we have an issue with the apartment, the maintenance team is right there to fix it. There is always someone at the front desk, and I feel that the extra security of a locked front door is so needed in these times. I have to be buzzed in to see my mother and I am happy about that. The business office has been wonderful to work with and the woman that takes care of Moms billing is wonderful. She has even helped her with other bills, not related to Moms account, graciously. I feel that Tower Grove Manors staff is an extension of our family. Im so glad Mom and I have them.

I recently toured Tower Grove Manor with my mother. Krista was very helpful and gave us a great tour. She was friendly and was able to answer all our questions. After we toured with Krista we met with Gloria the business manager to go over how billing works and what kind of payment is required to move in. We love that there is no security deposit required. Gloria was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk was very welcoming and we like the added security of having a front desk person 24/7. We are definitely leaning towards my mother moving here after she sells her home.

Friendly environment, clean. Went there for a company conference and used one of their rooms. Didnt have any issues. It is an older building but most are within the city of Saint Louis.

Was her in a Guest Appartments for a month due to a a construction problem at my home. Getting signed in was quick, easy and friendly. Betsy May went out of her way to make me feel welcome. The other staff members as well as residents were equally welcomeing. Being a non-esident dealing with out side situations my come Ing and goings were not the norm. This however afforded me the opportunity to interact with front seat staff on many shifts and days of the week. All were friendly and helpful. In short TGM meet or exceed all of my expectations

spent the night in a hospitality room to get a feel for life at Tower Grove Manor. Everyone that I met was so friendly and made me feel welcome. The food was very good and the ambiance of an historic building was awesome. Im moving in next month!

My mother is a resident at Tower Grove Manor. The staff could not be more welcoming, courteous, and helpful. They are a wonderful group of people. My Moms apartment is spacious and comfortable. The common areas are also warm and inviting. The building is secure with 24 hour front desk help. And my mom always talks about how great the dinners are at Tower Grove Manor. I have eaten dinner there myself and they are delicious. There are activities and plenty of help with anything that my Mom might need. Very happy that my Mom is a resident - wonderful and affordable place for older adults.

My mom is a resident at Tower Grove Manor. The staff and other residents have been very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The building is safe and secure. There is someone at the front desk 24, 7. She gets a call every morning to check on her. The building is elegant and charming, Feels like home. There are lots of common areas for activities. Im very happy my mom is a resident at Tower Grove Manor!

Betsey May This lady is a godsend. My mother moved in on Monday and she has been nothing less than conscious. I cant thank her enough for what she has done and continues to do for my mom and the other residents. I will be in her debt for a long time to come.
