The walls are very thin so thin you can hear the person next door phone ring , you can hear them cough and drop they brooms . Neighbors play loud music they be drunk and shooting . The apartment is nice but I asked for my refrigerator to be replaced or fixed and it haven't ! .. if you can't afford better then move here but if you can afford better DONT MOVE HERE

I found this nice little spot in North County, quite street nice new apartment with security, cameras, and a laundry room. Maintenance always available. Check it out!!

I've been living at these apartments for over 4ys and since the new owner and management team took over about 3mos ago they have truly cleaned up the complex and started remodeling the buildings and apartments and making the complex and property safer by installing cameras and motion lights around the complex and extra police presence and management is good at response time for repairs now. These New and improved apartments in North County are Now Good n Safe for young professionals and quiet enough for retirees.

Since the New Management took over this place has changed so much, it has camera, better lightening and I just feel safe and quite.

It's "okay" to live here If you don't mind being in the hood in the county. gun shots ring out every 2 or 3 days from the surrounding area. Luckily the cops are always present. If you have warrants you might not want to live out here LOL. The actual units are basically clean, but there are a lot of minor repairs that should have been done before I moved in. 3 of the 4 windows do not open they seem to be painted shut or glued shut. No doors on the closet in the main bedroom. Electrical sockets either have no cover on them or just "placed" over the hole. The rent is only 450 a month for a one-bedroom so... You get what you pay for.
