There is a problem with the hot water and some people don't have adequate heat in there apartments. Not as clean as it was when I first moved in. I love the people here not wanting to move. If they could fix these problems it would be an awesome place to live.

Very clean place... restaurant has good food.. residents nice.only problem I have is the gates are constantly have to be serviced

First, I was born here! I went around the world as a Professional gospel Singer, The Famous Clara Ward Gospel Singer! Retired and needed a safe, 24 hour security, place to live. All in one place, the cafe, hair salon, barber & beautician, mail salon, maintenance on duty, security guards, doctor's office, the main office, a out side balcony, parking lot, washer & dryer on each floor, trash den on each floor, a TV room, a 10 chair business room, fire place setting on the first and second floor, card room, excersize room, chapel and beautiful shinning hall ways and strings in each apartment to pull in case of emergency etc.
