Oscar called because there had been a couple of stray dogs loose on the property. One of the dogs looked very much like our dog. He was concerned that she had gotten out. Luckily it was not our dog but it meant so much that 1., He took the time to call me and ask and. 2. He went above and beyond to take care of his Residents

I enjoy using the Tera Vera 2 Clubhouse for my work and business related meetings and events. My colleagues and I were very impressed with how well decorated and clean the clubhouse was during our Fall get together. The manager, Selena and Amy have done a nice job decorating both clubhouses and being attentive to answering any questions I have. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness. My two doggies enjoy playing in the Tera Vera dog park, also.

Love the home. Selena is new but learning fast. She is personable and quick to act. The only down side so far is that it is quite expensive compared to other 55+ communities.

Just moved into TeraVera 2 the first of June. Slowly getting settled; the neighbors are wonderful and friendly. Josh has been extremely accommodating; servicemen prompt to help out as well. So far I'm happy with my choice to live here. (Moved from ND/MN)

This is the best place to live in Springfield. Josh (manager) has great follow up and cares about his residents. I love living here!

Josh works hard is trying to satisfy his renters---a very nice young man--keep up the good work I am unsatisfied with the way the community building is not kept clean--it shouldn't be up to Josh to do the work--hire someone to clean the bathrooms are bad and they should be sanitized you have a great building but not taking care of it--

Nice place to live. Current property management is the most responsible of the ones we have had. Josh listens to tenants and tries his best to meet their concerns as they arise. Thanks Josh, keep up the good work.

Lovely units. Spacious and nicely designed for 55+ seniors. Be sure to look at the fine print. What they say is included in the price is not always and that's a shame because it's an otherwise great place to live.
