I gave Brooke a five star rating, but if I could double that I would. I can't even begin to convey the outstanding care she provided for our mother with words. She made a difficult process much easier through her skill and compassion. She came highly recommended and now I know why. If you are considering in house Hospice care you need to understand that the process can be very difficult both logistically and emotionally so quality in house care is essential. Sutton In-Home Senior Care have been a blessing to our family. We live out of state and were dealing with senior parents living on their own. Sutton helped us out tremendously especially when one parent had to go into the hospital. They were able to quickly provide us 24 hour care for our mother (who has dementia) and was at home while the other was in the hospital. Now our parents have transitioned into long-term care and Sutton has been a great help to us coordinating doctor's appointments and bringing our parents to them. I highly recommend them!

We have used Sutton for about six months at this point and the company is wonderful to work with. Sutton has allowed my dad, who is 90 years old, to actually get stronger through their care. No matter what health care or non health care needs, Sutton provides those services. I have peace of mind knowing my father will be taken care of when I am working and cannot attend to him. Also, errands and chores are taken care of by Sutton so that when I do see my father we can spend quality time together.

My family cant thank the Sutton team, and especially the two aides Charlotte and Lesa, enough for all the wonderful kind care they gave our mom the past few years. Since none of us lived nearby, we depended on the Sutton agency to be there for mom, and they always were. Charlotte and Lesa went above and beyond to care for mom, and mom dearly loved them, and Brooke stepped in to help with some extraordinary problems that arose toward the end of moms life. We felt like we had extra family members assisting us through a very tough time. We recommend them all wholeheartedly.

I researched many In-Home Care Facilities as my elderly father has Alzheimers and Dementia. I currently reside in another state and it was critical to find someone that I could trust to provide the In-Home Care that my father deserved. The reviews and credentials for Sutton Rose to the top. I flew to Missouri and met with Brooke. I was very impressed. She suggested an in-home assessment where she explained the service to my father. It became very clear that she was very dedicated to helping patients with my fathers condition. No matter what the challenge dealing with my fathers condition everyone at Sutton has gone above and beyond to provide the best care I could have imagined. I have had to call on Lindsay in the office and Brooke to help me deal with medications and I have also worked directly with Mandy my fathers in-home care provider on many occasions and I have been very impressed with their expertise and dedication to their patient. I have had such a wide range of problems that Sutton has helped me deal with from various state organizations, getting my dad to doctor appointments and helping him work through issues with his medications, spending time with me on the phone and so many other situations. This disease can be very difficult to deal with and initially my father was resistant to in home care but the alternative was a facility that took him away from his home his pet dog and everything he loved. It was not long at all before he became friends with Mandy and not only trusted her but asked me if she could get there a little earlier in the morning. Im very thankful to everyone at Sutton, it means so much to have a service like this, and to have people that truly love their patients.

We used Sutton Care to help with my father and we felt like they were just family! They came to our needs even on last minute changes. We felt bad for changing the schedule but Brooke made it happen with only hours notice. My dad enjoyed them too as he liked having the company. It made him feel safe and also like he had just regular company over. Highly recommend them! We are picky and we were new to all this yet we felt so good about Sutton. Thank you!

Truly caring and committed staff. I have worked with Jo and Brooke from the office and been able to see some of the caregivers at work in the home. Sutton In-Home Senior Care just seems like they truly love what they do and are an extension of the family when caring for their clients. One that stood out to me after getting to know Brooke and Jo was the genuine commitment to their staff and clients is humble and with love. Lynette was assigned to stay with me and my Husband during the last 24-48 hrs before he passed away, She was absolutely an angel, totally professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend their staff. Sutton took care of my mom almost a year and my experience was positive. I live out of town and the owner, Brooke was in contact with me throughout the entire time. I called her my surrogate daughter. J They said they worked hard finding good caregivers. My mom had the same caregivers throughout my time with Sutton. The girls did really good and my mom enjoyed them. I had hired privately in the past and this was much better as they just took care of everything. They had easy email bill pay and I could see notes left by the caregivers online every day. I would recommend them.

I whole heartedly recommend Sutton In-Home Senior Care for anyone needing a gentle, kind, compassionate care giver. The firm is well run, responsive, and quick to set up care giver coverage. I cannot say enough about how professional everyone was that I worked with or encountered. They are knowledgeable, caring, and truly enjoy interacting with their patients. I really appreciated the care and concern that Sutton In-Home Senior Care showed when they came out to evaluate my mothers needs and requirements for an in-home care aide. Brooke was able to come on an urgent basis, as I had to go out of town, and stayed at the house to see which employee would be most compatible for both my parents. The person she selected was a perfect fit – my mother is 92 and very independent. She didnt think she needed any help, other than what I could provide, but soon found that the care and companionship her home care aide provided was a real joy and she looked forward to seeing her every day!
