Great Assisted living senior center. New staff , residents, it like a whole big family in this building.

My dad was a resident for over 3 years, we watched this place go from five star to one star. After the long time administrator and long time housekeeper left it went downhill very fast. 5-6 administrators in as many months. Out of essential foods, butter, coffee, etc. one employee couldn’t find my dads insulin so was going to use someone else’s insulin. MY DAD ISN'T ON INSULIN! One resident smoking in her room while using oxygen. The food went from homemade to out of a box, lots of canned soup and cheap cold cuts. Dads room wasn’t cleaned unless my brother and I did it. I ask for a mop and cleaner to clean his filthy pissy bathroom, I was told they didn’t have a mop or liquid cleaner, the budge didn’t allow for these essential items. I used bleach and a towel to scrub the floor and stool. His laundry was overflowing on numerous occasions. I brought home and did it. Dad has been moved from there, it’s sad bc he liked the room and residents, now at 97 he has to get used to a new environment.
