Recently I visited a resident of what I thought was a nice sweet safe elderly community. This resident who lives there was telling me about the following things going on there. 1. Employees talking in the kitchen about using x at work 2. Employees drinking on the clock in the club house 3. Multiple employees on multiple shifts freely smoking pot on the grounds and with other residents 4. Employees getting pills from residents 5. Not once but twice catching the Activities Director and Maintenance Man having sex in the club house and again in the storage cottage when she went to find him to fix her toilet and they were on the clock 6.You can also watch employees according to this resident clock in and leave and come back later in the day or later that night to clock out. 7. Another resident was telling me while I was there their Maintenance Man moved in the storage cottage. They also stated him and the Activities Director were meeting there frequently at night already. 7. Admin never has money to fix anything the resident I was seeing said it took weeks before her leaky toilet was fixed because they had no money to do so. These wonderful residents pay a lot of money to live in one of the un-safest environments I have ever seen. The owner works for the state govt. to my understanding. So [name removed] what kind of places do you own?? Do you even drug test your employees?? I will be helping them file a complaint with the state!

The administrator is awful that is running this place and the DON is as well I have seen firsthand a lack of care for residents if you are not liked then the residents are pushed to the side and not treated right and that’s not how it should be! I asked over and over for the higher aboves phone number and was denied it! I could not handle the way things were being ran there and finally had to leave! I’m so thankful that several of the residents have been placed in different facilities and are not getting the proper care! I know this because I have stayed in contact with them and visit them quite often! I surely hope they have replaced the administrator as well as the DON these residents deserve so much more than what they have been offered!
