I facilitated a program at Richmond Terrace this week and was impressed by the high level of engagement by staff and residents alike. The residents are full of joy and laughter and eager to share their unique interests and talents. Anne Stumpf, Manager of Lifestyle Enrichment, went above and beyond to ensure my program was a success. I would gladly recommend this community to anyone looking for an assisted living community for a loved one!

I volunteer at Richmond Terrace leading a weekly men's discussion group. I have had the privilege of spending time with many of the men and women residents here, and it is a wonderful community. In addition to discussion groups, we ask the group for ideas where they would like to visit, and Anne, the Activity Director, sets up field trips for the group. So much fun. Anne also goes the extra mile on holidays to ensure that residents get a wonderful holiday experience. Love the residents, and the Richmond Terrace leadership and Anne the Activity Director.

Our loved one moved in last month and it has been a blessing! There are daily activities and the staff is kind and go above and beyond to help. The residents are also very welcoming!

My best friend was a resident at Richmond Terrace until she needed more help than they could give. I visited her there regularly and was always impressed with the care she got from the staff, the friendliness of everyone I met, and the cleanliness of the building and grounds. There was always something to do and someone to talk to, it felt like a family. If I ever need an Assisted Living Richmond Terrace will be the place I go.

I am so impressed with Richmond Terrace and the fun that they brought their residents during the shutdown. It was a tough time for everyone, especially separation from family, but Richmond Terrace did an outstanding job of connecting to make the best out of a bad situation. Other communities could learn from them! Kudos.

My mother loves living at Richmond Terrace Assisted Living. The staff is so caring and friendly. She gets served three meals a day and snacks whenever she wants. Staff bring her her medicines. She loves the activities and comments that she feels like she is living on a cruise ship where all your needs are met. My mom loves Richmond Terrace! D. Leonard

Moved my 90 year old mother into Richmond Terrace and she loves it. Employees are very helpful and personable. Like most mom's she was a great cook and really likes the menu and the care taken preparing these meals. She is quite social and really enjoys the activities. I like the attention she is given on a personal level. They never seem frustrated or short tempered.

I really enjoy living at Richmond terrace. I spoke to several friends before I moved here in February. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. The apartment I live in is a two bedroom. I share the apartment with another resident who is a wonderful person. The facility is modern, and very beautiful. The residents are happy here. There are activities planned throughout the week. Once a week we can go on an outing if you choose to do so. There are many opportunities here. You will not be bored here at all, and there are friends here you will make for life. The dining room is modern and the food is all ways good. I am glad I chose Richmond terrace. My mother in law moved into Richmond Terrace one week ago. She has had a excellent experience this past week. The Nurses, Medical Techs, Kitchen Staff and Activity Director have all gone above and beyond to make sure Mom is comfortable, involved (which she wanted) and cared for with kindness and respect.Tracie Stuckey (Senior Living Counselor) was instrumental in helping us make the decision to come to Richmond Terrace. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional to my husband and myself re; this Assisted Care Facility. We can't say enough about how good we feel about making Richmond Terrace Mom's new Home!

I have volunteered here in dining. The place was always clean and we always served the residents with a smile.The staff really seemed as if they really like their jobs. The manager of dining was always nice and very accommodating. Our break times were the best because the food was awesome. The residents are very nice and seemed to be living their best life. I really enjoyed my time there and would like to return when COVID slows down.

Richmond Terrace is a lovely community with amazing staff and residents. You feel a sense of family when you walk through the doors. The staff is genuine, compassionate, experienced and always looking to add something special to each day to make their residents feel safe, cared for, loved and appreciated. They have fun, engaging activities that adds lots of joy and companionship. They care for this community like their own family which can also be seen in how clean it is...spotless. The chef prepared food is fantastic and the residents are so kind, engaging and full of life. I recommend you check it out for yourself and call Tracie. And the best kept secret...it's affordable!

Our experience at Richmond terrace has been excellent throughout the entire process. Tracy, Gail, Valarie, Rodney, and the entire staff were like angels- I mean that wholeheartedly. Each person we encountered helped to get my mom comfortably settled and made her feel at home. From the planning process, to the moment my mom arrived at Richmond Terrace we were greeted with kindness, warmth and tremendous amount of support and genuine concern not only for the health and care of my mom- but also both of our emotional well-being. The transition of moving my mom into an assisted living home was admittedly very scary- after all, she is my mom and I want to be sure that she is being cared for, lovingly. It was very evident from all of the individuals that helped us that I wouldn't have to worry about that. The entire staff at Richmond Terrace are very knowledgeable, professional, supportive, sharp, hardworking, attentive and have cared for my mom as if she was their own mother. From what I observed, and what my mom has experienced so far living at Richmond Terrace, we are very thankful for the support, assistance and great care that she has received. Not only is the staff and health care amazing, but the amenities are very nice, too! It is a happy environment with many activities throughout the week for socializing and wellness. Also, they refinished her room completely and was a very clean- just like a new! One other thing that is great about Richmond Terrace is the location. It is situated in a cozy neighborhood, conveniently located in Richmond Heights. Thank you, to all the hardworking staff of Richmond Terrace- we appreciate you so much. Each of you are what makes Richmond Terrace such a wonderful, safe, fun and joyful place to be.

I'm beginning my fifth month of living at Richmond Terrace and have grown to love the staff and residents here. We receive good care, good food, and have fun. All the employees here are kind and caring and everyone is willing to help in anyway that they can. It's one big family here. I can't think of any place else that I would rather be.

The reception that my Client received @ Richmond Terrace Assisted Living upon her recent admission stands out in terms of an authentic welcome to a new way of daily living. Not used to 24 hour, 7 days a week oversight, my Client immediately took on a new sense of being in a safe and protective environment. The policy for being in isolation for a 2 week period had several positives; through this time period, the Community allowed for the Client's special relative from CA to visit one-on-one. While here, she provided wonderful assistance helping my Client get better organized. Meals are now available and she has received them in her room through the isolation period. Staff stop and ask if they can help you? I found the Facility clean and well staffed when I was able to visit my Client. As a geriatric professional, I am grateful to LSS for their philosophy regarding the aged and special needs population. I look forward to my next visit to Richmond Terrace A.L. Richmond Terrace does a great job of making the residents feel at home and well cared for all the time. Each and every staff member is caring and upbeat, especially throughout the pandemic. I have spend allot of time visiting my Mom, pre- covid and was lucky to get to know both the staff and residents and it's a comfortable, warm environment. Since it is small everyone really does know everyone and that is a great environment for the seniors. I am grateful that my Mom has a safe, clean , caring assisted living facility to reside in.

I am so happy to be here. This is a beautiful place to live. The food is outstanding and the staff is excellent as well. I cam from Blue Springs, MO. and this place is so much better than where I came from. I would definitely recommend living here to all who ask. The staff is caring and very competent. They genuinely care about the well being of the residents. The building and the grounds are clean and well taken care of. Anne in activities has gone to great lengths to make sure the residents are still able to enjoy entertainment during the current covid crisis. Overall, a nice facility in a nice neighborhood setting. The people from Richmond Terrace are as much of a support for me as they are for my mom. They helped us coordinate everything. This community is a great option for people - they deliver great care for their residents and are a very affordable option in the St. Louis area. My absolute favorite place to work. Helpful and happy employees, family atmosphere. Thoughtfulness is seen throughout the community from every department and employee. I would recommend anyone looking for a connection to a community to work to come to Richmond Terrace. For anyone looking for Assisted Living for placement of a loved one, this is by far the most homelike atmosphere. Everyone cares for everyone.

Richmond Terrace is a caring community. They were patient as mom adjusted to her new home. The meals are well prepared and delicious. Before Richmond Terrace mom had regular trips to the ER for a variety of reasons. Since she has moved into Richmond Terrace she has not been once. Mom has a comfortable apartment that she enjoys being in. There are plenty of activities for to participate in.
