My mother lived at Highland Crest for the past two and a half years before she passed away. My family and I were living out-of-town so we relied heavily on the support, kindness and professionalism of the administrator and her staff. Whenever we had questions or requests they responded quickly and with attention to detail. My mother was treated with patience, kindness and respect. The residents, staff and administrator provided a loving, caring environment and community. I highly recommend Highland Crest!

We're very impressed with Highland Crest. The care that our friend is getting is wonderful. She enjoys the meals and living there. The director is a lovely, efficient lady and the nurse is very on top of everything and takes care of any issues that arise. The environment is lovely. The rooms are all lovely and very clean. The hallways are clear of clutter. The whole facility is very welcoming and has a beautifully decorated lobby. The residents eat at round tables with linen napkins. They have timely decorations for holdiays, like Valentine's Day, and now they have St. Patrick's Day decorations up. They do have activities like card games and on Valentine's Day, some of the residents got together and decorated cookies. They also have bible studies and daily physical exercises.

They are really good over there. The staff is so friendly. They do have activities, though I can't really comment on the variety as I am not there during the day really. She seems to enjoy the food, and it is clean. They are quick to respond if any concerns come up. All in all it's a good place, and seems to be working out well.
